The FBI’s War On Civil Liberties

News about the FBI.

The FBI’s war on civil liberties and political dissent is kicking up a notch.

National Justice interviewed Shandon Simpson, an Ohio-based member of the National Guard currently being discharged who was humiliated, threatened and tortured by federal agents. He was never charged for a crime.

A parallel military investigation found that, while initially his identity was withheld (he wasn’t charged with anything), the FBI later leaked it to Christopher Schiano of the “antifa” group Unicorn Riot.

Simpson was then ordered to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in hopes he would stay silent about what he was subjected to. Simpson having his rights violated has compelled him to speak out anyway.

Simpson’s ordeal should be considered within the context of the FBI’s crack down on “white domestic terrorists.” Multiple sources across the country have told National Justice that the FBI has harassed them, usually relating to political and social discussions held on the free speech messaging app Telegram.

Federal agents appear to be heavily infiltrated in Telegram chatrooms and are aggressively grasping at straws in hopes of netting a white villain they can parade for the cameras. The political goal is to take attention off the killing and rioting by anarchists and black groups going largely unpunished across the country right now.

The interview is as follows.

Eric Striker: So how did this all start?

Shandon Simpson: I received a call on my phone from an FBI agent asking where I was. I was at the time serving in the National Guard and deployed at Lafayette Park as a deterrent to defend against more rioting from leftists and black lives matter.

ES: What happened then?

Simpson: I was approached by about seven FBI agents from the counter-terrorism unit, two members of the CIA, and a military intelligence officer, who pulled me out in front of my unit.

They then began asking me if I was Zoltanous HN on Youtube and Telegram, where I have promoted the ideas of nationalism and third positionism. I had previously made it known that I was serving in the military through these channels and an undercover federal agent in the chat room sprung into action.

I never said anything illegal. They were asking me about a single out of context comment where I said my unit was being deployed with live ammo.

The FBI agents then began aggressively needling me about my political beliefs. They asked me about my personal views, whether I engaged in activism, if I was at Charlottesville, and whether I was a member of any nationalist organization, they named a few like Patriot Front and Vanguard America.

They also asked if I knew various journalists and political commentators, like you (Eric Striker) because they saw your telegram channel on my phone, and whether Richard Spencer was affiliated with any terror networks.

It was clear that their information on dissidents is being fed to them by very prejudiced second hand sources outside of law enforcement, like the SPLC or ADL. It was clear they were shooting in the dark and asking ridiculous questions that a person with even superficial knowledge of the nationalist movement would not have to ask. They were very desperate.

ES: I heard something about them threatening you with violence during the interrogation. What exactly did they say and why didn’t you get a lawyer?

Simpson: I was unable to get a lawyer because my superior officer gave me an order to talk to them.

At one point, one of the agents became frustrated at the fact that I wasn’t doing anything wrong and began to threaten me. He started asking me why I supported “losing causes” and told me he was going to wrap me in a Swastika flag and march me through the crowds of violent “antifa” rioters nearby. He never did it, but behavior this unprofessional really reveals how Christopher Wray’s claim that the FBI does not investigate and persecute ideology is a brazen lie.

When all was said and done they realized that I hadn’t done anything they could credibly charge me with.

ES: How did your information get leaked to the media if you weren’t even charged?

Simpson: Soon after talking to the intelligence agents, Ohio Governor Mark DeWine called my unit back from its Washington mission, citing information from the FBI claiming a person who had expressed “white supremacist ideology” on the internet prior to the deployment was in it.

An anarchist group affiliated with “antifa” days later published my personal information and the supposed offending screenshots from my telegram account that the FBI had obtained.

According to a parallel military investigation, the FBI leaked this material from their investigation to Christopher Schiano of Unicorn Riot, who published it on June 9th.

Shortly after this publication, my family began receiving harassment and I was sent death threats from anarchist groups.

ES: How did your military investigation go?

Simpson: When I returned back to Ohio, I was placed in solitary confinement for a week by the military, who said they were pressured to do it by the FBI.

I was not charged with any crimes. My lawyer told me he has never seen something like this happen before. Holding a person in jail for more than 72 hours with no charges is illegal, yet they brazenly did it anyway.

I am being discharged from the National Guard for bringing “shame” to my unit.

I have six fairly quick observations.  First, I don’t like Richard Spencer (he only figures small in the questioning, apparently), and there is no question he is both an uneducated idiot (and not a very good speaker), and no friend of liberty.  In fact, by his own admission, he is a socialist.

Second, being discharged is very different from being dishonorably discharged.  In the former case, he can own firearms and get a job.  In the later case, he can’t.  The story isn’t clear here, but if the later is true, he should get a good lawyer.

Third, I’ve heard that in many trials where the FBI brings charges against someone, juries are rejecting the charges prima facie if video doesn’t exist.  No one trusts the FBI any more, and is there any wonder why?  I wouldn’t trust anything the FBI said if I was on a jury.

Fourth, the FBI is apparently focusing on this sort of thing rather than shutting down Antifa, BLM and other socialist groups.  That’s your tax money at work.

Fifth, never talk to the police.  No one can order you to do that.  This kid was dumb.  He should have demanded a JAG the minute an agent approached him.

Sixth, this goes to active duty military.  Don’t ever discuss the details of a deployment.  That’s called OPSEC, and even if they don’t officially call it that, they’ll stick a title on it like FOUO.  Don’t talk to the media, including social media.  And watch who you associate with.

The FBI has obfuscation down to a science. They only take written notes, no videos or recordings of any kind. This allows them to restructure the evidence to suit whatever agenda they are pursuing. In extreme cases they use the nuclear option: the notes are conveniently lost.

When they interviewed Hitlery, the agents did not take notes per Commies instructions. Her lawyer sat in on the interview and answered most of the questions.

Flynn, Manifort and Stone didn’t have that option. And in all three cases the notes morphed several times. Of course with a court system where judges have been replaced by Inquisitors do they really need to worry about evidence.

Several books have been written about the FBI “crime labs” manufacturing evidence and framing politically incorrect individuals.

I remember Eric Rudolph driving his truck into the woods, abandoning it and taking off on foot. Dozens of federal agents spent days searching for the perp to no avail. He was later caught dumpster diving by a local cop.

The most recent violation of the Constitution by the FBI were agents smashing down the door of Ghislaine Maxwell’s home and hauling her off in handcuffs. Big, brave boys these agents (little B, little O, little f—–g Y).

Anarcho-tyranny at its finest. The genuine terrorists and criminals go free with the blessings of the deep-state, while innocent people are framed and accused of imaginary crimes and then punished for them. This is the same playbook being used in occupied Europe (“occupied” by the globalists/EU).

German police just raided a bunch of alleged “neo-Nazi” groups over there, while continuing to turn a blind eye to the real neo-Nazis – all of the Muslims in their midst who think Herr Hitler was a swell guy and own dog-eared copies of “Mein Kampf” in Arabic or Farsi.

I recall that in the wake of the mass rapes/assaults at Cologne Square on New Year’s Eve on December 31, 2015, Chancellor Merkel’s concern was not with the over-one-thousand girls and women who were victims of rape and other physical assault. It was instead with the reputation of so-called “immigrants” and “refugees” in their midst, many of whom were Muslims.

And what was Merkel’s official response to this act of jihad right in the heart of Germany? To order the authorities to intensify their efforts at rooting out xenophobia and racism committed against the new-comers.

Nor was Merkel just posturing. Within hours of the attack, an elderly pensioner whose high-rise apartment overlooked the square called police with information he claimed might help catch some of the attackers. He was ultimately warned against making hateful statements against immigrants, and sent off with a warning. It never came to light whether the information he supplied led to any investigations, let alone arrests or prosecutions.

In the U.S., the same Cultural Marxist influences are at work. Back in 2012, the military publication “Small Wars Journal,” which is (at least in certain circles) considered something of a prestigious name in the scholarly study of military affairs, published an innocuously-entitled piece by Kevin Benson, Ph.D. (Colonel, ret. U.S. Army) and Jennifer Weber, Ph.D., an associate professor of history at University of Kansas, called “Full-Spectrum Operations in the Homeland: A Vision of the Future.”

The article outlined a near-term future scenario in which “white-supremacist militias” connected with the Tea Party movement began a revolt in Darlington, South Carolina, motivated by racism, anti-immigration bias, economic hardship, and a grab-bag of various other causes de jour fashionable to the left/deep-state. Plus, of course, how the Obama Era armed forces ought to respond to such a hypothetical event.

In light of the fact that a professor of history at a major state university and a retired full-bull colonel who also has a doctorate, actually believe this stuff and can publish it and have it taken seriously as a scholarly work – shows how far down the rabbit hole we’ve gone as a nation.

In light of the fact that at least part of the military believes this bilge, it ought not to be surprising that the FBI does as well.

Friends and associates in the military and LE communities tell me that the rot is much worse at the top, and that much of the rank-and-file are still in the corner of traditional Americans, but in all honesty, I am beginning to have my doubts.
I suppose part of that pessimism is related to the fact when the communists engage in a take-over, the very first thing they do – or one of the very first – is that they move to consolidate control over the armed forces and the police.

A more subversive war is happening behind the curtain of violence. What people are seeing out in the streets is just the tip of the iceberg. In the last 20yrs the academic “terrorists” have been quietly digitalizing books and research papers and then throwing the hard copies in the dumpster. University and local libraries are emptying shelves of books and rewriting history and science to conform to the intersectional narrative and it is a lot easier and less messy with an electronic eraser than with those nasty pencil erasers, while tearing pages out of books makes it too obvious. The old propaganda commissars in the USSR who had to rewrite history by hand must envy the new communists cadre doing it with the ease of a keystroke.

The electronic medium carries only leftist propaganda and completely suppresses and censors any opposing viewpoint and with no oversight from the FCC censorship has never been easier both in academia and in the social sewer. The propaganda is reaching young people and the parents are either oblivious or don’t care, most going to the expense of making sure every Johnny and Sally have their portal to hell…oops, excuse me, I meant to say device.

If the MSM did a week of stories on the size and scope of child trafficking that system of slave trading would collapse. But the MSM is owned by Corporate America and they are into perversion up to their necks.

Orange Man, civnats and conservativeInk are all jumping on the convergence bandwagon calling for the removal of statues, another national holiday, resolutions condemning everyone on the right, mandatory vaccinations and face masks and more hate crime laws that, much like the hooliganism statutes in the USSR, have nothing to do with hate crimes but everything to do with putting palefaces in a gulag.

Future history books will read like Robert Conquest’s books which documented the Communist slaughter of over 200 million in the 20th Century. Today the 1% are looking at a goal of 7 billion. Living in a “workers paradise” carries a hefty price tag.

George Orwell’s 1984’s Ministry of Information was based on his WWII “tour of duty” at the BBC Eastern Service. He knew that he was shaping propaganda, and wrote that he felt like “an orange that’s been trodden on by a very dirty boot.”

1984 and Animal Farm are no longer novels predicting the future, they have become reality. “Memory hole,” “Big Brother,” “Room 101,” “doublethink,” “thought police,” and “newspeak,” have not only entered the vocabulary, they describe the events unfolding today with uncanny accuracy.

Re: “They should rename it Communist Lives Matter.”

Have you ever wondered why the BLM and Antifa types get so upset when you try to say that “all lives matter”? It is because that isn’t what they believe. They do not believe that all lives matter, only communist/Marxist ones. When they chant “Black Lives Matter!,” what they really mean is that Marxist lives matter. “Black” being their chosen code-word for “Marxist.”

In other words, a conservative black person’s life does not matter to them, whereas a Marxist white person’s life does, and so on.

Almost fifty years ago, back when the FBI actually worked for the American people at least some of the time, the agency had a mole – an informant – inside the Weather Underground domestic terrorist group, the late Larry Grathwohl. Grathwohl documented that the group’s leader, Bill Ayers, spoke often of the communist take-over of the U.S. that he hoped would occur, and the probability that it would be necessary to “liquidate” as many as twenty million Americans too-resistant to communist re-education to be salvaged for the Marxist utopia to come.

In the early 1970s, Ayers, Dohrn, and some of their confederates were captured and charged with a whole host of serious crimes related to their acts of murder and terrorism. However, they were freed via a mistrial when the federal government made procedural errors in their case. Afterwards, knowing that he was safe from a retrial due to the impossibility of “double jeopardy,” Ayers admitted to his acts of violence, and even allowed much later on that he wished “he’d done more.”

The very same man – along with his wife Bernadine Dohrn – who went on to become Barack Obama’s mentor and one of his first political sponsors.

The take-away lesson here is that the communists are perfectly prepared to take human life to realize their goals. Forewarned is forearmed.

You can get admin discharged for any number of reasons. There’s an appeal process. Again, don’t know about the Guard, but at the end there’s a civilian “Board for Correction of Army Records” that will hear your case for admin discharge (in particular if it is OTH).
