How do we know that? Because we know the type of people who work in the FedGov.
And he even failed to bring up muzzle loaders, which will be considered firearms depending on the outcome of VanDerStok.
By the way, I listened to some of the arguments. Most of the people talking seemed like utter morons to me, including the supreme court justices.

At this point the USSC, like congress is made up of actors. They are all just playing a role for the purpose of making it appear that there is some justice in America. The needed “justices” will vote as required when they are told to do so. If the controllers lose this case it just means that the government is not quite ready to officially raise the Hammer and Sickle yet.
