Walmart: Selling Cheap Chinese Crap And Using “Karen Calls” To Violate Civil Rights

BY Herschel Smith

Via reader Ned, watch every second of this video.

No Walmart employee was scared, for if they were, they would have been running for cover.  The man was a customer seeking a part, not a mass shooter.  He carried the gun in that he had previously purchased from Walmart.

To be sure, he could have cased the firearm, and I probably would have, but there was still no law violated.  Just a “Karen Call” to the police.  In defense of the 911 operator, he tried to ask the right questions, and also simply recommended that the manager go talk to him and ask him to leave.

No one ever did that – not Walmart employees, not the police.  Like the civil rights lawyer said, “If there’s going to be drama, it’s going to be in Walmart.”  I do not go to Walmart.  The sell cheap Chinese crap, and their employees are awful.

Watch until the end.  While the 911 operator tried to settle things down, the cops barged in carrying a patrol rifle and tased him, having to figure out what the charges were after the fact, charges beaten in court.  Still, he lost his job because Walmart, and Karens.

Finally, look at the screen shot of the local news.  Be reminded again just how awful, inaccurate, terrible, dishonest, underhanded, perfidious, and untrustworthy the media is.  They … are … just .. atrocious.  To find the truth, go anywhere but the legacy media.  Literally, whatever they say is false.  This is a good rule of thumb.

We truly live in clown world, and this past year has opened my eyes to just how bad it is. Here we have a man that broke no laws but wound up tazed, arrested, had his name besmirched, and was fired anyway. While the man in the story could have shown more prudence, it is appalling that this all happened to him because people lacked common sense, reason, decency, and were ignorant. The thing that scares me is the sheer number of people like that with whom we cross paths daily. Kudos to the Rural King employee. That’s how it should have been handled. Also the news headline, “…arrested after yielding guns…”…good grief.

First, I lived in that area for 5 years just after the turn of the century. At the time, there were several good gun stores within driving distance. Just saying. Getting a gun sling shouldn’t have been that difficult.

Second, if asked to leave you should pick up and leave. Simple as that. Refusal to leave leads to more issues, and the process is the punishment. I know the lawyer stated that his client was never asked to leave, but I think having a store manager tell you to take the gun out of the store pretty much qualifies. Had he left before the po-po showed up, this would have been a non-event.

Finally, the po-po train for these scenarios, obsess over these scenarios, salivate over being a hero, and then almost never ever get this type of call. So of course when the call does come they are all out gung-ho ready to charge in all tactical like and “save the day”. Don’t count on them being professional or courteous. Don’t count on them preserving your civil rights. By the time the cops show up, you are getting arrested.

    I think that’s wrong. I don’t think that happened.

I had to take a rifle to a sporting goods store once, in order to get some work done. I just called ahead and talked to the manager, when I got there, I asked for him, he came out to my car with me, and he walked the rifle in to the store. No problems whatsoever, and I live in an ultraviolet part of the country heavily populated with Karens.

I have taken rifles and shotguns into wally world and other sporting goods store. I have placed them into a soft case (common sense, situational awareness[karens/kens]) and once at the sporting counter asked permission of the clerk to remove said gun. I have never had a problem, not saying here on out it might not be a problem. You have to figure the lowest common denominator and act wisely, while I thought the man shouldn’t have been hassled and put upon by the manager and cops, I think the man in question should have had some forethought to something like this happening with what our current society is like.

I think around time 7:10 in the video, the 911 operator is asking questions about his demeanor and the caller explains that the man was complaining about his rights and didn’t agree with store policy. That implies that the manager asked him to take the gun out of the store.

I wasn’t there, I don’t know for sure, so not wanting to argue a minor point. Just my opinion that he was probably asked to leave or asked to take the gun back to his car. Maybe not.

    What I do know is
    a) he was overly punished for something stupid
    b) the cops over-reacted to a non-threatening situation
    c) bone-headed actions like this reflect poorly on the rest of the gun community

Both Cederq and Jimmy illustrate the much better method of handling this situation.

Also wanted to say that I found your site just recently and enjoy your posts. Thanks for putting a Christian voice out there in the internet.

At around the 13:30 mark the lawyer explains that his client was arrested for trespassing, and beat the charge because he was never asked to leave, whatever “implication” anyone thinks is there.
