LOWELL, MI — Lowell Police Chief Steve Bukala has resigned after allegations that he improperly took political positions in Facebook posts that became controversial.

Bukala resigned Thursday, but documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act show that he was going to be fired if he did not resign.

Bukala has been with the Lowell Police Department for more than 24 years and became chief in 2013.

Controversy erupted Tuesday, June 2 when Bukala posted on the department’s Facebook page about four men who were going to “open carry” weapons on Main Street in the aftermath of the Grand Rapids riot May 30.

City leaders said they didn’t necessarily take issue with Bukala allowing the “open carry” participants, but did with one line in the community post.

“We at the Lowell Police Department support the legally armed citizen and the second amendment,” he wrote.

Lowell City Manager Michael Burns later wrote in a disciplinary report that “Social media chatter on this was very hostile.”

Burns noted there were people for and against the chief’s stance, but believed it overstepped bounds and included “unneeded personal commentary and inserted political and debatable issues into a department notice and caused unneeded concern by some city residents.”

In his disciplinary report, Burns noted other recent instances where Bukala also seemed to take political positions, particularly involving Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

One involved a post on his personal Facebook page that showed Bukala and his wife in front of a Home Depot store. His wife was wearing a mask — due to the COVID-19 threat — but Bukala wore a mask on his elbow.

Another instance involved an email Bukala sent to organizers of a planned caravan for Lowell High School graduates.

The organizers hoped for police assistance with the caravan but Bukala said it might be go against the governor’s stay-at-home order at the time.

In the email, he said he could have one patrol car available for any traffic issues, but anything more might be a violation. He suggested a route off Main Street and noted that it “keeps the Gretchen posse off may back and off the city’s back.”

So he’s realistic, amusing, supports the second amendment, supported open carry for patriots defending their homes and families, and didn’t interfere with open carry.

He had to go, so the city manager, Michael Burns, responded to “hostile social media chatter.”

This sort of thing happens when men self-immolate and become eunuchs.  They do that when they have lost all bearing, have no more moral moorings, have broken their moral compass, and have given up in the face of evil.

On June 1, Fishtown made national headlines when a group of men carrying baseball bats and clubs opted to protect their neighborhood from the looters and anarchists who had trashed Center City. This vigilante group emerged following three days of media reporting that the “protest” was moving into neighborhoods like Germantown, Kensington, and West Philadelphia, along with reports of fires, blown-up ATM machines, blocked traffic, burned buildings, and threats of more violence. For three days, Philadelphians watched scenes of police officers running from rioters as patrol cars were destroyed or set on fire. One report even showed police officers scattering out of the looters’ way, appearing frightened.

Kenney, relatively distant as the city burned, suddenly emerged from his City Hall bunker and issued a statement. “We do not condone vigilantism,” he said. “We understand that communities desire to protect their neighborhood, and if they want to do that in peace, we would allow it, regardless of neighborhood. But armed vigilantism will not be tolerated moving forward. I am glad police moved in to eventually disperse the group, but I am not happy about how long it took.” The district attorney, Larry Krasner, concurred, describing the videos of men with bats as “disgusting,” though he never alluded to the looters in the same vein.

The chief of police runs from rioters, and finds patriots disgusting.  These are the signs of the times – they will not end well.

Ideological bankruptcy and moral cowardice is the only common element, and the common end will be submission and ultimately death.

The communist revolution is well under way.

In a display of public unity with ‘The Movement’ writ large, FBI officials took a knee to declare their woke allegiance with the protesting mobs.  With that visible display we now have a better understanding of the motives behind a history of FBI failures.

Black Lives Matter (BLM) is an assembly of political grievance activists that includes the Nation of Islam (Farrakhan) and the New Black Panther Party (NBPP).  The overall network is currently working in coordination with the ultra-violent Antifa.

When the FBI takes a knee to support BLM they are openly aligning with Antifa and the violent advocacy it carries …

A Georgia law enforcement officer refused to kneel for protesters at a Black Lives Matter rally in Hartwell, Georgia on Sunday.

Instead, Georgia State Trooper O’Neal Saddler was recorded telling a female protester that he only kneels “for one person, and that’s God.”

Friends, things are moving quickly right now and our enemies are out maneuvering the police, military, and federal agencies.  Truthfully, its not even a contest.  Our government at the local, state, and federal level is an embarrassment.  I am sending this quick update to help you put everything you are witnessing into a framework you can understand and by which, I hope, make thoughtful decisions on what is best for you and your family.  Remember this is a war of narratives.  The media is making everything appear worse than it is because the goal is to create chaos so that Americans demand ORDER.  Communists and jihadis know how to bring order to a community, but that order comes with slavery, depravity, and poverty.   Please do not make the mistake of thinking “It can’t happen here” because it IS happening here.  Here are a few things you must know when explaining the danger of where we are to others:

1.  Black Lives Matter (BLM) is a COMMUNIST organization.  From our colleague Trevor Loudon, who is one of the best resources for communist networks in the U.S. has this to say about ongoing events:  “Two pro-China communist parties – Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO) and Liberation Road are playing leading roles in coordinating the often-violent protests now occurring across the United States.”  The 3 founders of BLM are Patrise Cullors, Opal Tometi, and Alicia Garza.  These women hold or have held positions inside numerous FRSO organizations.  Alicia Garza has held executive leadership positions in NDWA, POWER, SOUL, and RTTC.  BLM was founded by Marxists/communists born from the leading communist organization in America today – Freedom Road Socialist Organization.

2.  The violent riots are all about control of the state and power.  The riots in the U.S. were never “peaceful protests” which were “hijacked” and they have nothing to do with a black man who died in police custody in Minneapolis.  The riots have always been communist led riots – Black Lives Matter – working with the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood and terrorist groups like Hamas doing business as CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations).  Other MB groups like ISNA and ICNA are also working with the communists at the ground level.  The Communist/Islamic Counter-States were waiting for a flash point to use to launch their offensive.  The incident in MN provided that.

5.  The Brown Shirts will be replaced by the Black Shirts.  Black Lives Matter and Antifa thugs are today’s “brown shirts.”  They are the leading edge of the violent revolution in America.  As the communist/jihadi movements advance, there will come a time they will need to appear as if they are normalizing their activities.  The Brown Shirts (Antifa/BLM) will be eliminated by the Black Shirts, who most likely will be the jihadis as the jihadis prepare to take over.

6.  Believe what you are seeing.  In Minnesota, the Minneapolis City Council is poised to dismantle the Minneapolis Police Department.  Jihadi Attorney General in MN is Keith Ellision.  If the police department is defunded and shut down, a “civil security” group will be formed that will, initially, have a happy face on it.  Rapidly, however, it will become an overtly sharia-police force and Minnesota will become an Islamic State under the control of Keith Ellison.

I stumbled on this and decided to post it.  So what is this – about the fifth or sixth review I’ve posted on the Henry X model?  All that free advertising, and Henry hasn’t contacted me to send me a rifle to put in my hands and review myself?

Idaho.

Upon rumor that violent protestors and rioters were considering descending upon Coeur d’ Alene, a small city in Idaho with a population of about 45,000, with intent to loot, vandalize, and otherwise cause unrest, the local militia men and women took action. Gearing up, they descended upon the downtown core to guard businesses and major intersections. They came out in mass, hundreds of people who were almost all armed, to ensure that the citizenry would be kept safe.

Some store owners were boarding up their windows in preparation of Antifa, but many of them carried on, as usual, comforted by the armed sentinels that stood guard.

Thankfully, the evening was uneventful, with at least one Law Enforcement officer allegedly saying that the intel was good and that the groups intent on causing harm backed down once they heard of the deployment.

Next up Boiling Springs, South Carolina.  Of all places on earth where Antifa wouldn’t feel welcome, it has to be Boiling Springs, South Carolina.

Roughly 100 protesters slowed traffic Friday evening on Highway 9 in Boiling Springs as they marched in a cluster from the Zaxby’s to the Walmart Supercenter.

Accompanied in the front and the rear by the flashing lights of sheriff’s patrol cars, many of them covered a distance of about 6 miles on foot with signs held high.

Among the crowd, Thomas Broome held a sign that read: “Protect black lives the way you would protect this dog.”

His dog, Maya, stood at his feet wearing a sign around her neck: “Black Dogs Matter.”

At one point, a motorist behind the wheel of a pickup truck rolled down his window and shouted profanity at the group as he drove by.

What the news report didn’t say, that my intel source does, is that business owners were lined up in front of their places of business armed.
