Communist Tears

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, whose 27-year tenure as the second female justice on the U.S. Supreme Court culminated a legal career dedicated to advancing the rights of women, has died. She was 87.
Her death less than two months before the election gives President Donald Trump a chance to try to shift the already conservative court further to the right.
By their fruits you shall know them.
Q: “Are you talking about the distances women have to travel because in parts of the country, abortion is essentially unavailable, because there are so few doctors and clinics that do the procedure? And also, the lack of Medicaid abortions for poor women?”
Justice Ginsburg: “Yes, the ruling about that surprised me. [Harris v. McRae — in 1980 the court upheld the Hyde Amendment, which forbids the use of Medicaid for abortions.] Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of. So that Roe was going to be then set up for Medicaid funding for abortion.”
But, Justice Ginsburg explains, “When we no longer need people to keep muskets in their home, then the Second Amendment has no function, its function is to enable the young nation to have people who will fight for it to have weapons that those soldiers will own. So I view the Second Amendment as rooted in the time totally allied to the need to support a militia. So…the Second Amendment is outdated in the sense that its function has become obsolete.”
As for the Heller case, decided by the Court in 2008, Justice Ginsburg says, “If the Court had properly interpreted the Second Amendment, the Court would have said that amendment was very important when the nation was new; it gave a qualified right to keep and bear arms, but it was for one purpose only—and that was the purpose of having militiamen who were able to fight to preserve the nation.”
Battle axe.
This makes things doubly interesting in the next two months.

Charming woman.
Okay. I won’t be a Trump supporter in Portland.
Now. Just make sure you don’t become a whiny bitch demanding more FedGov money to fix the shit hole you created in Portland.
And make sure you don’t complain when the food trucks won’t deliver, or can’t deliver, because of … things.

What he really means is that while he will send his own children to private school, he wants you to let him be the controller that he is. He is beholden to the worst of society, from the teacher’s union to Mandy Cohen, who helped to roll out Obama’s failed, communist health care plan.
She has helped Cooper keep N.C. on the worst lockdown of any state in America, and destroyed businesses that will never come back. The only reason some will survive is that they’ve eventually forced his hand and refuse to stay closed any more. Gyms, which are nearing bankruptcy, finally decided to open regardless of Cooper’s orders.
Cooper is aligned with the worst, most corrupt, most despicable people on earth, willing to harm families and destroy wealth to make political points and amass more power.
He wants to level the field, even if it makes your children dumber and less able to compete. He must drag the less willing to learn, more troubled children up to the level of your children, which really means dragging your children down to their level.
Centers for redistribution of knowledge and communist indoctrination.
Roy Cooper is an awful man, a cultist, a controller, and a communist.
News from Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Nine of the 13 protesters facing multiple felony charges after a round of arrests early this week saw their bail amounts reduced Thursday, after days of controversy over whether the initial totals were excessive.
District Court Judge Bruce Roth initially set the bail for several protesters at $1 million, a measure which Lt. Gov. John Fetterman called unconstitutional. Other protesters and civil rights groups have said the bail amounts were extreme.
[ … ]
– Alexa Wise F/29 – From $100,000 to $50,000 unsecured; is on house arrest
Wise was the only protester who was not present via video during the hearing.
Assistant District Attorney Travis Anderson told Reinaker that Wise had a “higher level of culpability,” during the incident.
Wise lives in Camp Hill with her grandmother and mother and will have to be on house arrest when she is released.
– Dylan Davis M/28 – From $1 million to $50,000 unsecured; is on house arrest
Davis will be on house arrest in Ephrata, where he’ll live with his parents, upon his release, Reinaker ruled. Davis was living in the city during the time of the protest with his fiancé, his attorney said.
In many cases, failed mothers and fathers who suck at their jobs are culpable for what we see today.
So when the lawyers, judges and politicians get involved, things go sideways.
As they always do.
The American “justice” system at work.
Oh, by the way, look at the salute as one is released.
Power to the people … er … to the rich white kids who want to overthrow America.
As linked at WRSA, the Covid-liars.
Officials in the Nashville health department and mayor John Cooper’s office are being accused of colluding to conceal the low amount of people whose positive coronavirus cases were traced to bars and restaurants, as Fox 17 revealed leaked emails.
One leaked email exchange, between mayor Cooper’s senior advisor Benjamin Eagles and health department official Leslie Waller, revealed that as of June 30th just 22 cases had been linked to bars and restaurants. After that data was disclosed, the exchange went as follows:
Waller: “This isn’t going to be publicly released, right? Just info for Mayor’s Office?”
Cooper: “Correct, not for public consumption.”
Fox 17 also uncovered an email from an unnamed Nashville health department official, in response to an inquiry about how to handle a question from Tennessean reporter Nate Rau. In late July, Rau asked the health department about intel that just 80 cases of the 20,000 in Davidson County were attributable to exposure at bars and restaurants.
Brian Todd, the health department official who sent the email asking how the department should respond, got the following answer from an unnamed official: “My two cents. We have certainly refused to give counts per bar because those numbers are low per site. We could still release the total though, and then a response to the over 80 could be because that number is increasing all the time and we don’t want to say a specific number.”
The mayor’s office declined to confirm or deny the emails to Fox 17; city council-member Steve Glover said he had an attorney reveal the authenticity of the emails and accused Metro Nashville of “fabricating information” in an orchestrated cover-up.
It should of course be considered good news that so few cases wound up being tied to bars and restaurants. The hospitality industry, which already operated on razor-thin margins in normal times, is in dire straits in big cities across the country and as a result many beloved institutions are shuttering. Here’s a list of places that have permanently closed in Nashville during the pandemic.
The implication of a deliberate plot to conceal information about low spreads from bars and restaurants is a desire to maintain strict restrictions. Thus, these emails represent an agreement between officials, who work to serve taxpayers, to prop up unpopular governing decisions.
There is no pandemic and there never was. There was a virus that ended up being contagious but killing far fewer people than the seasonal flu when co-morbidity is accounted for (an average of 2.3).
And here is more coverage at NRO.
Liars, one and all, everyone who has conspired to shut down businesses, kill jobs, destroy wealth, and harm families. All of this to make political points. This is how badly they want the office of the chief executive.
God will judge them, and men should. They all deserve to be hung from oak trees until dead.

Wait! I thought the FBI “debunked” the notion of Antifa igniting fires?
BTW, I hate the term “debunk.” I think it’s stupid and only stupid people use that term (like the WaPo, Politifact, etc.).
