Republicans spooked by string of disappointing elections
BY Herschel SmithRepublicans are feeling spooked by recent special elections losses and underperformances in party strongholds, as the White House ramps up President Trump’s presence on the campaign trail ahead of next year’s midterm elections.
Hahahaha …
As it turns out maybe Cornyn and Thune shouldn’t have presumed on gun owners (and should have given us SBRs and suppressors), all Epstein files and associated banking records should have been made public, the senate should have killed the 60-vote majority requirement to get anything done, and killed Obamacare, waste, fraud, and largesse to crooks across the world. Then maybe voters would have something to support instead of another shade of vanilla.
As it turns out, we don’t forget the past like you thought we did.
Oh well, hard lessons, huh?

The GOP Establishment: Snatching Defeat from the Jaws of Victory is what we do Best!
The dirty little secret is that the GOP insiders would rather lose that actually stand for anything – or actually resist the left. As long as the Democrats leave them a few crumbs from the table, they’ll roll over and show their bellies like always.
Truth of the matter is that the GOP establishment was more comfortable when Obama and Biden were in office than with one of their own in there. And they’re content to throw the game to the left rather than seeing the Trump movement win another election.
The late Dr. Angelo Codevilla – the eminent political scientist and former naval intelligence officer – was right when he stated that there is no real two-party system in the U.S. – just the “Uniparty” with two wings, Rs & Ds.
The real schism is between the “Country Class,” which is what he termed ordinary Americans, and the “Ruling Class,” which of course includes the Uniparty.
The upshot is that ordinary Americans have no one representing them inside the Beltway, except for a few outliers and genuine patriots trying to swim in vain against the tide.
Which is worst, the Left or the GOP?
For all of their flaws, pathologies and the evil of their agenda, the Democrats/Left deserve praise for one thing: They are not afraid to raise their flag and march under it. They openly declare who they are and what they want.
Much of the GOP establishment are not just losers, they are craven cowards – and in some cases, traitors to the cause they claim to support. In other words, they are liars on top of everything else.

The GOP is a wholly owned subsidiary of the DNC. And most of us have figured that out.
Why they would expect us to turn a blind eye to their perfidy is beyond any rational persons thinking.

Re: “Why they would expect us to turn a blind eye to their perfidy is beyond any rational persons thinking.”
This is where the dumbing down of America suits their agenda. A people who neither know history nor care about civics are ripe for the sort of treatment the public is now getting. The Founders spoke at length about the necessity for the people of this land to educate themselves if they wished to remain free.
“Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become more corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters.” ~ Benjamin Franklin
“Virtue” as it was then understood included knowledge and wisdom gained from educating one’s self.
Then there are the people in present-day America who can’t tear themselves away from their smart phones – or whatever other amusement is their fancy – long-enough to pay attention to what is happening in the halls of power.
A literate person who refuses to read is no different than an illiterate person, functionally.
So, between the smoke-and-mirrors and the thousand and one amusements and distractions, plus the dumbing down of the population, you have only a small group of people who are actively following current events. And only a small subset of those are smart-enough and savvy-enough to see through the propaganda to something closer to the truth.
In a nutshell, that’s how these grifters in thousand dollar suits manage to do what they do – year after year, decade after decade.
It’s not a pretty picture, is it?

Let’s see:
The President and the Congress have gone along with:
1. Giving untold billions to Israel for the “Greater Israel Project” while funding the genocide of the Palestinians. The administration stated that they want to drive out the population of Gaza and build resorts. The resorts will no doubt benefit Israel and the Presidents’ friends and family.
2. Inflating the budget with no end in sight and no attempt to reign in the national debt.
3. Staging a naval armada in the Caribbean with the stated purpose to regime change the government of Venezuela. Note that Venezuela is about four times the size of Vietnam and we do not have enough soldiers to hope to occupy Venezuela. All of this to appropriate Venezuelan oil, and other, probably nefarious, purposes.
4. Giving Argentina 40 billion dollars (actually 60 billion with all of the guarantees we made that will never be paid back.) The stated reason for this is a lie. This was done to bail out a close friend of Scott Bessent (the US. Treasury Secretary). His friend has a hedge fund heavily invested in Argentina that lost money big time due to Milei’s failed policies.
So we bailed out Bessent’s friend and George Soros is part owner of that hedge fund as well so we bailed him out too.
5. Stating that we are no longer giving money to Ukraine when we are still giving money to Ukraine.
6. The President: “The Epstein situation is a Democrat Hoax. If you believe that hoax then you are stupid and weak and I don’t want your support.” OK.
7. Passing laws to favor Israel and censor any critics of the actions of Israel or the Zionists. No doubt many more laws will be passed toward this goal. The Congress and the President have lavishly funded Peter Thiel’s AI total control grid.
8. Arranging Immigration raids for publicity while not taking any actions that would be much more effective.
9. H1Bs forever, to go alone with student Visas for China forever.
10. Issuing Tariffs, that could have been a good thing if properly targeted and consistent, but have turned into a convoluted mess that will hurt Americans.
I could go on, for a long time, but you get the picture. The Congress and the administration are just criminal thugs at this point and most people can see that.
Now whatever could be the cause of the GOP under performing at the polls?

The way to teach the Stupid Party a lesson is to primary all of the RINOs using challengers from outside the system and forcing Trump to support them. Contribute time and money directly to the challengers and none to the party system. Have a mass letter writing campaign to the White House stating in no uncertain terms that Trump will support these people or get no support from us. One thing about Trump is that when MAGA brings the heat, he sees the light. Notice how he shut up about the vaccine.

I call them the Bolsheviks and the Mensheviks.
I stopped voting in national elections after the 1992 presidential. I saw what a scam it all was. I didn’t cast a vote for Prez until Donald Trump. I had hope at the beginning of the year. Now I see the same I saw in Reagan. There’ll be lots to brag about, taxes, trade deals, peace negotiations, etc… but, nothing fundamentally changes in the crooked and rotten structure. That means it will inevitably fail.
If Trump doesn’t get some serious swamp drainin’ done in 2026, and, if he doesn’t get some serious deportin’ done in 2026, the Republic is finished. There is nothing left from here but despotism.
