Non-Citizens With Police Powers

House Bill 3571 passed both Houses this past week with Senate Floor Amendment 1.

SA1 permits counties and municipalities to hire non-citizens as deputy sheriffs and police officers in the same manner as hiring U.S. citizens, as long as they are: legally authorized under federal law to work in the United States and is authorized under federal law to obtain, carry, or purchase or otherwise possess a firearm, or who is an individual against whom immigration action has been deferred by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services under the federal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) process and is authorized under federal law to obtain, carry, or purchase or otherwise possess a firearm”

What this means in Illinois, is that you may soon see non-US citizens wearing police badges …

People who have no cultural tradition or history with this country may soon hold arrest powers in Illinois.  I wouldn’t be surprised if that didn’t also happen in Dearborn, and many other cities across the nation.

The policy wonks inside Rand Corp and also the DOD/Pentagon have been salivating for years over something like the French Foreign Legion, a military force whose members are recruited from the ranks of foreigners. This would bypass the troublesome hassles of having to appeal to the great unwashed masses out in Fly-Over land, and induce them to sign up for the armed forces. And if an American foreign legion could be stood up, it would probably have little or no loyalty to the idea of the Founder’s America, or the people who still believe in it.

Police forces raised in a similar manner would probably evolve along the same lines. Indeed, there is already evidence that this is the case. Readers may recall the high-profile incident in which Mohammed Noor, a Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN police officer, draw his weapon and killed Justine Damond (nee Ruszczyk), an Australian visiting the U.S., in the course of a routine traffic stop. Damond was unarmed and, according to Noor’s partner, was not behaving in a threatening manner. But Noor took her life all the same.

It was only under enormous pressure from the Australian consulate and government that Noor finally lost his job and was ultimately convicted of a crime. The charges, and his subsequent sentence, were so lenient as to be a cruel joke. Convicted of third-degree murder and manslaughter and sentenced to twelve years and a half years imprisonment in 2017, his sentence was later reduced upon appeal, and Noor ultimately served only four years and nine months confinement for his crime. Today, he has been released from prison and is at large in society.

The lenient sentencing and ridiculously short prison term are de facto proof that Minnesota – certainly Minneapolis-St. Paul – already are de facto, part of the caliphate. This incident also serves as a harbinger of things to come. Third-World “immigrants” who can kill at will with virtually no consequences to themselves.

Correction: Damond (i.e., Ruszczyk; she was Damond’s fiance) had called 911 to report of a possible sexual assault. She and her fiance were in their vehicle when Noor approached them and killed Damond. In other words, it was not a traffic stop.

It looks like Noor has made some pro forma apologies and expressions of contrition, but to these eyes/ears, they do not ring true. And even if they are, they will not bring back the innocent woman slain by him.

Darned right! I was once a resident of the Land of Lincoln, during some of the years when it was still a reasonably decent (if expensive) place to live. It is almost as if there is some sort of tacit agreement or understanding between the most-leftist states in the Union, because you can bet that anytime NY State (or even NYC) or California does something, Chicago/Cook Co. and Illinois will follow.

Even by the degraded standards of that state, which has a long history of corruption and a reputation to match, Pritzker is a lousy governor. The bar is set so low that if a governor manages to stay out of jail, he is considered “successful,” but even so, Pritzker has been a disaster. So naturally, the people of that state up and reelected him.

We are not living in a CR like the late Constitutional Republic the United States of America (July 4th, 1776 – November 3rd, 2020)

We are living in a latin-american pigsty north of Mexico.

A place ruled by a feudal mafia of lifer corruptocrats that consider the territory as their private concern with no more restrictions that their fancy.

These lifer corruptocrats don’t differ from those that in the medieval Dark Ages ruled their world by the power of the sword and the justification of “by the grace of god” Today they rule by the power of the gun and the justification of woketardity. The difference? None.

In 1776 we got rid of the european feudal lords to have better lives.

Since then we have managed to grow our own and we are back under feudal lords. A “nobility” of poisonous maggots, thieves, degenerates, autocrats, accountable to nobody, no checks and balances and not a hint of a Constitutional Republic or inalienable individual rights.

Face the facts: they own us. We are their cattle. And they can dispose of us as they see fit only ruled by their whims.

    Welcome to AINO-Venezuerica.

You think things are bad? Things are much worse than you think. Much, much, much worse.

Civilian cops, what most don’t grasp is this. Police have rules they’re supposed to follow, most do, some don’t.

A civilian police for will not have to follow the constitution. Not long ago private contractors were doing private security in Hollywood, black suburban, full mil kit, auto weapons.

They fucked up more than a few civilians, got in their suvs, drove off. When the company was ordered to produce the “ Agent”, they refused. Rotated that agent to another gig.

Point being is civilians had ZERO constitutional rights. Agent had no duty to read detainees Miranda, other constitutional standards. These clowns were pulling folks over trashing their vehicles, then effecting a citizens arrest.

Eventually the popo had to come and transport the arrestee to jail.

The best part, the “ Agents” did not submit any reports or show cause for citizens arrests. It was rare the agents came to court.

Get this zero accountability to the corporations or agents of those company’s.

The program paid for by private businesses was shut down quickly, they were concerned about deep pocket litigation.

I see a time in space where in these test Programs are implemented with the thousands and thousands of scratch backs wet backs and Africans crossing with our govts blessings.

Their being her has an agenda.

A police force controlled by big business Govt, with literally zero accountability, is a govt wet dream.

Re: “I see a time in space where in these test Programs are implemented with the thousands and thousands of scratch backs wet backs and Africans crossing with our govts blessings.”

The obvious gambit being used is that if the regime can’t beat Trad-Americans in court or via the legislative process, on issues like the 2A and TRTKBA, then they’ll do an end-run around these obstacles and simply flood the zone with “undocumented workers,” “migrants” and other off-the-books people from outside the U.S.

Should these people commit acts of violence, cause chaos and mayhem, and otherwise act as criminals – which they have already done – the powers-that-be have deniability. They can just say “We didn’t invite them here… how is this our problem?” You know the drill.

And since these people are non-existent officially, they exist in that netherworld between the above-board economy and society, and the criminal underworld and black market. More deniability for the folks behind this game.

These new arrivals – even if they don’t commit acts of lawlessness (I mean apart from breaking our immigration laws, that is!) – will be added to voter rolls in Red State America and will tip the balance in favor of the communists and the regime. Swamping Red State America and turning Texas, etc. Blue.

“Their being here has an agenda.”

Yep – that’s probably the correct judgment and reading of the evidence.

“A police force controlled by big business Govt, with literally zero accountability, is a govt wet dream.”

These unaccounted people may end up being used as thugs in uniform like the old National Socialist SA or “Brownshirts,” but even as they are now, they still amount to an invading army under the fourth-generation warfare model. In other words, these people are not mere refugees in search of a better life or on the run from problems in Mexico, etc. – they’re de facto an invading force, as well as occupiers and colonists.

And that doesn’t even get into how many hundreds – or even thousands – of enemy special ops personnel who have infiltrated via the porous southern border.
Unless the Chinese are fools, and they’re not unfortunately for our side – they’re infiltrated at least a few thousand men that way.

It is germane to remember that the Chi-Coms successfully infiltrated more than 200,000 soldiers into North Korea prior to attacking U.S. & allied forces in that conflict.
