Our attorneys have completed a legal “deep dive” on c19 vaccines. Some things are clear:
Under any definition, c19 vaccines are experimental. Any state agent engaging in forced medical experimentation without informed consent is incurring civil and criminal liability for which there can be no valid or lasting indemnification or legally conferred immunity. Any crimes committed are personal to the state actor and these are crimes that can have no statutes of limitation.
All health care workers engaging in medical experimentation are required to ensure that there is no coercion and that there be informed consent. It would be extremely difficult to provide informed consent under the best circumstances under these conditions, but I see no evidence that this is being properly done. This is a personal obligation and breach of these duties creates personal liability and exposure with statues of limitation that never run.
Health care workers have a human right not to engage in medical experimentation under coercion and without informed consent and the way the laws are framed, the duty is between health care workers and patients. These rights are not currently recognized, or they are intentionally ignored in many situations, but lack of enforcement and punishment of crimes is irrelevant to duties, breach of duties and whether or not a crime was committed.
Michael observes that “Coerced Medical Experiments Are Criminal Acts. Any doctor or lawyer who says otherwise is at best a quack.”
Note that the religious exemption I authored discusses this in detail – not the legal side of things, but the religious and moral side.
Proper informed consent is necessary for proper provider/patient relationships, and the lack of informed consent doesn’t obviate religious duties of the patient either.
Agreement to accept the shot without forcing proper informed consent is to become a stumbling block for others. It is to entice to sin, and it is thus sinful itself.
But then, most readers probably didn’t really study my exemption paper.

Second, approval or not, proper moral framework still requires informed consent.

It cannot be overstated how gigantic and collosal a mistake it is for Christians to make a legal argument against sin before TPTB other than by the law of Holy God.
We have one Lord and one King, and by Him we have one Law. These aren’t just words. These aren’t simply intellectual and interesting concepts.
I’ve said for several years now; let’s have this judgement, let’s find out who the real Christians are. And Mr. Smith correct; for far too long these so called theologians have taken the holy Bible and made it an intellectual exercise.
“But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.” Hebrews 8:6
The holy Bible shows God’s great purposes in judgement, and in His grace, and for instruction in righteousness. Christians need to re-read (if they’ve ever read at all) the entire New Testament. Go slow, read for comprehension, no commentaries, just God’s word. It’s a better way of living and a better way to die, not easier, better.
We have to purpose, each man, in his heart to forsake all sin. You must purge yourself (2 Timothy 2:21). “Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.” 1 Peter 1:16
Then, argue your case against the vaccine as though you were arguing it before the Judge of all creation at His throne, because, well, you are. Aren’t you? Or is the law of God just an interesting and intellectual theory?
If the vaccine is sin, and surely the murder of babies in it’s production is, then Christians must cite no other case but that of almighty God. You must, MUST, resist sin unto blood, even following after our Lord Jesus Christ and resisting all the way to the cross.
“And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.” Luke 9:62
You may not have understood the totality of what you signed on for when you GAVE your life to Christ. But, the picture should be getting clearer as the acceptance of sin has exponentially grown in western civilization. Christ gave His life for you, and you’ve given your life to Him. This isn’t a feeling, nor an idea, it’s resistance unto blood for the name of Jesus Christ and His righteousness.
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10
Now is not the time to fail but to fulfill the works of God that He has forordained for you to walk in. Now is the time to get serious and be committed.
If the governments of men take your livelyhood, jail you, or even kill you for the name of Jesus Christ that’s on them. If you fail and submit under the global sin system including arguing against sin by any law other law than God’s law woe unto you. We are called to resist unto blood striving against sin. That’s what our Saviour did, and so must you.
Everyone knows the system is illegitimate. Hey, we Christians have an Advocate, we have a Judge, we have a law, and we have a court. And so much better is ours than any other.
Want to save your civilization? The bible outlines the exact instruction in righteousness for these purposes. Christians must reject their own sin, and vehemently and prejudicially discriminate against sin regardless of how that makes other people feel.
Yes, that’s very hard work, likely to be several generations of hard work. That’s what the reformers did to save the church of living God in their generations and so must we. There is no governmental or political solution to the problem of sin. Jesus Christ is the only solution for sin.
“And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of kings, And Lord Of lords.” Revelation 19:16
Jesus didn’t say, go and sin a little less (John 8:11) and if things get tough go ahead and make the soon coming Nero Cesar king instead of me. Joining with the crowd that proclaimed no king but Cesar is NOT the way of Christ.
“But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared…That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.” 1 Titus 3:4, 7
And if you’re truly saved by the loving merciful kindness and grace of Holy God you can be unafraid. Judgement is also one of God’s great revelations of His love for you and of His power and glory. If He didn’t love us, He would let us sin without consequence continuing in sin but how wicked and disgusting would that be?
Want to know why medical experimentation is sin? It’s because you are made in the image of God. Rejecting your creation is to reject your creator. It’s sin. Dear Christian brothers and sisters, sin is sin. Call it what it is right to the face of the sinner. Call sin sin.
If your case brings repentance, and acceptance of Jesus as Lord that one lost sinner might enter into eternal life through Jesus Christ then it’s all worth it. If TPTB in your life merely back down in fear of our God, the one true and living God, this too is the work of God through a Christian. But if nobody will accept you and your case your reward is with Him in eternal life if you don’t turn back. There is nothing to lose. This life is but a vapour and it’s gone. But all eternity is to gain for those who love the Lord. If you doubt the power of God to do these things then you’ve got a problem on your hands now don’t you?
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28
No matter how the coming months and years turn out, with or without you, those begotten again by the power of the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross know that God’s great purposes will be fulfilled. Only you know if you’re called according to His purpose or if you’re just fooling yourself. God is not fooled.
Sin is sin. God is God. Choose this day who you will serve.

My personal physician won’t take the shot. And the government is going to forbid her from seeing medicare patients as a result. My guess is that she could charge a cash price for treatment and most patients would remain. There’s also a major shortage of doctors in this area.
My wife is on medicare and pays our doctor cash for visits, because she can’t get a doctor on her plan to see her for months. Shows how much the government really cares for the elderly. and they have no problem with reducing the number of doctor available to see patients during a “pandemic.”
Anyone who blindly takes the shot absent any research into the matter should be concerned that so many high level medical professionals are refusing. If you take the shot, you are the research data.
