Supreme Court Decision On Religious Worship In America

BY Herschel Smith

Decision in the dead of the night.

The precise question of when restrictions on particular social activities should be lifted during the pandemic is a dynamic and fact-intensive matter subject to reasonable disagreement. Our Constitution principally entrusts “[t]he safety and the health of the people” to the politically accountable officials of the States “to guard and protect.” Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U. S. 11, 38 (1905). When those officials “undertake[ ] to act in areas fraught with medical and scientific uncertainties,” their latitude “must be especially broad.” Marshall v. United States, 414 U. S. 417, 427 (1974). Where those broad limits are not exceeded, they should not be subject to second-guessing by an “unelected federal judiciary,” which lacks the background, competence, and expertise to assess public health and is not accountable to the people. See Garcia v. San Antonio Metropolitan Transit Authority, 469 U. S. 528, 545 (1985).

Meanwhile, the religion of “Home repair and lawn maintenance” remains unabated, with my local Lowe’s and Home Depot parking lots filled to capacity and wall-to-wall people in the aisles.

Welcome to the FUSA.  We have to be medical providers and professionals in order to interpret the first amendment to the constitution.  We’ll leave that to the bureaucracy.

Remarkable decision, with Roberts proving where his fealty lies.

    This is ominous.

Seems now we have clear and convincing evidence that Roberts is a traitor.

The Bush Dynasty was already ruined; now it is destroyed.

  2. On May 30, 2020 at 6:31 pm, Fred said:

“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” – The Revelation of Jesus Christ (Apocalypse) 21:8

One cannot rightly understand Prophesy without knowing what it’s about. We’re not going to make application of this verse, it directly applies already in the exact context of this situation. The NT is about rejection of the Messiah, the Judgement of those who rejected Him, and the taking of a new bride. If you don’t understand that you don’t know what it’s about.

Context: We’re talking about the fearful specifically. Revelation is written TO believers, His servants (slaves). Faith is about being faithful even unto the death. That’s 101. The Revelation of Jesus Christ was given by God, to Christ, It was sent and signified (authenticated and stamped with the King’s seal) by His angel, and given to His servant (slave) John for to be penned down for us to KNOW.

The Jews, with and through and in conjunction with the Romans harassed, threatened, tortured, haled into courts, beheaded, stoned, crucified, fed to animals and worse than even those; did all these things to first century Christians. Those believers had zero legal or civil structure upon which they could rely, even those Roman citizens who were converted to the way were not afforded protections under the laws of men. And still they would not deny the thrice holy resurrected Christ of God, telling everywhere and everyone the glorious Gospel, the good news of salvation through belief in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus offered by God to all men and the promise of eternal life in Christ Jesus.

That’s the direct context of this verse. The fearful are not of Christ. The American Church stands at a junction with what it knows not. As an institution it is failed, just like every other institution in the country. A man must purpose in His heart that he will not deny Jesus, His deity, His supreme authority and most of all; who is antichrist but those that deny Jesus is the Christ and rose from the dead being God the Son.

“Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.” 1 John 2:22

So, now, are those who are fearful and indeed lied to Holy God by saying that they were His, not only are they fearful of the first death, but they are liars, judged of Holy God as false. And all liars will have their part being cast alive into a lake of fire which burning with brimstone. This is the second death.

A man must purpose in his heart that he will not deny Christ. If Americans had it in them I would be overjoyed with excitement about this ruling. Really this could be the greatest thing that has happened to the church since the Reformation. Nothing would be better for the American Christians than to come out of their debt laden 501c3 property millstones. Bankrupt your stupid corporations and go proclaim the name of the Christ of God this Jesus to everyone and everywhere you go. The Lows and Home Depot and Walmart are open and full of lost sinners who need a Saviour.

There is no other way to save your civilization than by the power of God. What is the power of God but to raise dead souls to the newness of life by the salvation offered through the precious blood of the Son of Holy God.

“How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?” Romans 10:14

Don’t get this verse wrong. We are not to invite people to come hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ preached, we, YES YOU, are commanded of Holy God to tell them wherever they may be found, and since there are more than 7 billion people, they ain’t hard to find. [You can invite people to church. This is a nice thing and a polite thing, that’s not what I’m saying.] The Gospel is an offense. We’re not making friends with the manifestly wicked, Jesus is the friend of sinners, tell them about Jesus. You may not be called of God to be a Preacher proper, to a congregation but you are commanded to go preach the Gospel to the lost.

Was a Christian America really that bad, was it? Is Jesus worth dying for? He thought you were. We are not to forsake the assembling together but the primary mission is to conquer the world. The great commission awaits, just outside the doors of your boring buildings.

It has long been speculated that the commie demonrats have dirt of some kind on Roberts that they use to keep him in line. This ruling only adds weight to that likelihood.

The court’s lack of self-awareness is most amusing. One could apply that second guessing and unelected bit to well, most any issue before the court in the past, present or future.

Roberts and his Food Court Supreme strike again.

As Herschel has documented in detail, most of the so called public health experts are no such thing. They amount to glorified witch doctors.

Gotta allow the weed shops and the abortion clinics to stay open, though. Can’t quarantine the faggots for spreading HIV through anal intercourse with 500 other men, but you sure can shut down the churches over the COVID hoax.

Let’s face it, the U.S. has become a Satanic Empire. It’s burning right now for a damn good reason… the wrath of God is descending upon it.
