Love it. Some “former reporter” Karen in Hawaii is cruising social media all day looking for a tourist who dares to defy the governor’s “self quarantine” order. Then Karen brags about her reporting skills that gets his name, address ,etc and calls the cops. They arrested some dude at the airport as he was leaving yesterday (seems like it would be better if they let him leave??)
I contend with Karen, and her masked/filthy gloved male counterpart Kevin, at the Harris Teeter, the restaurants now in semi-freed SC, the drug store, the gas station and every other place we interact with the genpop in society. Scowling at me because I dont/where a mask, go in/out the opposite of the designated entrance/exit, go against the aisle flow arrows, dont social distance in the que…yadda yadda yadda. My answer is no…your turn. As the dude at Cold Fury states – no, get in their face and tell them no. You can use a more profane term BFYTW, but make them know unequivocally no you wont comply you wont be cowed and stand by with amusement and watch them self immolate or explode and laugh heartily at their idiocy. Humiliate them in their CHOSEN stupidity and slavish behavior. I sincerely try to love my fellow man and my enemies. Make no mistake, Karen/Kevin are your enemies and given an 1/8 chance to assist your entrance to the boxcars they will salivate at the chance. These petty tyrants are yours, your children’s and your grandbabies’ enemies ad infinitum. Shame them and when the time comes put them and their ilk in the dirt.
