Extended Chamber: The Real Culprit In The California Shooting

Authorities say Long used a .45-caliber Glock 21 handgun during the attack. The weapon was purchased legally. Investigators say it had an extended chamber to hold more rounds.
Something tells me that an extended chamber would be dangerous.

Probably will learn from “authorities” that the legally purchased Glock extended chamber .45 assault pistol was loaded with cop-killer bullets in the high-capacity magazine-clip designed to cause undue mayhem.
Among this crowd ignorance of weapons technology and terminology is a virtue. To be seen as gun savvy would mark that person as “suspicious” and cause his or her peers to look upon them with disdain. Beside that, anything to do with guns is just immoral (unless you are a cop) and “icky” don’t ya know?
The Guardian says it was “modified”.
If by modified they mean removing the California-compliant neutered 10-round magazine and inserting a 13-round stock magazine or an aftermarket $20 26-round magazine, then yeah, it was “modified”.
The Thousand Oaks shooting appears to have been an awful and preventable miscarriage of everything under the sun.
This morning’s LA Times (no, I do not subscribe, nor do I read the rag, although I bring the morning’s delivered paper to my widowed mother’s doorstep) caries a headline about CA Governor-Elect Newsom and the “need” for more gun control, because, clearly, the gun did it.
CA is the model for gun-control irrationality and non-efficacy.
As for the “extended chamber,” another article stated something to the effect that Glocks made in California cannot accept more than 10 rounds. Who knew that Glock now makes guns in California?
Funny as $#!*, but still Pathetic.
Last night they had an “expert” explaining that it takes between 7 and 11 seconds to swap out a magazine and that’s the time to charge the gunman..
Just when you think that the anti-gun crowd has reached peak stupidity, they up and prove you wrong! These folks are as dumb as a box of rocks.
It’s possible he may have “modified” the magazine. A few years back (?) there was a two round extension you could easily add to Glock magazines.
“mistakes” like these are made on purpose to scare those without a brain and do the bidding of those spouting nonsense…

The initial reports I heard were “known wolf” who the cops had be in contact with before, but, were restrained, by law, from doing anything.
Grain of salt when it comes to early reports.
Anyway, I’m expecting my governor, yes, I live in CA, but not much longer, God willing, to push for and get a law that says cops can take guns because someone accuses a gun owner of being nuts. Seriously, though, there will be an expansion of the “mentally ill and shouldn’t have guns” thing we have here until all gun owners in CA are classified as “mentally ill.”
Yay.
It’ll pass, and the let the gun confiscation games begin!

My 44 S&W has a standard 6-shot / 6-chamber round rotating thingie.
But… how will I tell if the chamber decides to extend? OMG. Can I still fire anyfings? Can I still eject empties? Help me Authoritehs!
