When Seconds Count, The Cops Are Only Minutes Away, And They May Frame You When They Get There

BY Herschel Smith
6 years ago

Via reader Ned (I get all my best posts from readers, yes?), this video gives us a glimpse into the thinking of cops.  From the description.

Journalist Michael Picard was illegally detained for lawfully open carrying and filming police on public property. During the illegal detainment, Connecticut state troopers confiscated his phone However, the trooper who took the phone went on to make a critical mistake when he and another officer began to make up stories on ways to frame him even after they admitted to each other that he did nothing wrong from a legal standpoint.

When seconds count, the cops are only minutes away, and they may frame you when they get there.  The video speaks for itself and needs no other commentary from me.  Stay safe out there guys.

    Yup…

    So much for good cops..

    As i have stated many times, one stands a 66% chance or better, of encountering a bad or rogue cop…

    LE is not our friend, and they will gladly take the Kings schilling and do their job, at the expense of those they are serving, no matter what.

    Treat any interaction with LE as a potential beatdown/smackdown/detainment/arrest and STFU…

    this is why i have multiple dash cams in vehicle, a digital recorder and cell phone app that covertly records video/audio and sends to encrypted cloud account…Phone is secured by two factor authentication too, and encrypted as well…

    I have zero fucks to give for LE, and would not stop to save their asses if they were getting jammed up, as i have no obligation to do so, just like they don’t for us…..

    Victum; “I’m on public property.”
    Imperial Global Patrol Incorporated’s Petty Tyrant: “No, you’re on state property.”

    See how that works? The Global Corporate State owns your property so you have no rights on it’s private corporate property.

    @Fred,

    I think every cop believes there are three property classes – private, public and state. :) I’d love to see one of them attempt to define public vs state.

    No problem;

    Cop’s property including private residence, patrol vehicle, and police station = Private
    Your house = public
    everywhere else = state

    Easy peasy.

    Remember that scene on Patriot, where the young officer says, “This is the King’s highway – you are advised to make way.”

    ALCON,

    What has made you think a citizen has private property in fUSA ? For those of you inhabiting a residence of which you mortgage or have the title to….just don’t pay your property taxes. You’ll find out quickly how you only “rent” from the scum of local/county/parish/stategov !

    I can’t find resolution to this case. I read the defendant turned down a plea deal for a 25 dollar fine and the ACLU was involved, but I don’t see where it has been resolved. Anyone?

    Are these Leo’s names published? Everyone should know who these public servants are to be aware.

    Personal experience seems to be 50% people are good, 50% are bad. This is a bit subjective dependent on each person. If anyone thinks it’s higher on the ‘good’ side, wait til people get in tight spots or can excercise power or some other.

    It’s amazing that law enforcement can even maintain staff. The belief system and legacy is strong. The warrior cop mentality is truely disturbing.

    A ‘good’ leo should realize that they will be involved in a corrupt situation at some point. Odds are they will still collect paychecks long after.

    ALCON,

    Do a search for “Frank Serpico NYPD”

    He was the only good cop that ever existed. NYPD tried to kill him. Read the book. Watch the movie.
