DNC Platform Committee Member Doesn’t Think Anyone Should Have A Gun

BY Herschel Smith
4 years, 1 month ago

Dodging questions posed by George Stephanopoulos, Hillary Clinton left no doubt that she doesn’t believe in the individual right to bear arms as recognized by the second amendment.  In fact, the Brady Campaign is already boasting that gun control is a central plank of Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

But it’s one thing to boast, another to have Hillary’s duplicity on the record, but yet another to have the committee members of the DNC say out loud what they really think about guns.  And that’s just what we’ve got.

She’s lying, just like the commentary by this boy I ran across today where he claims that gun free zones save lives.  Note the absolute and unequivocal claims.  No lives can be saved by guns.  No one should have guns.  Only bad things happen when people have guns – never mind that World War II was ended by the power of guns.

But again I say, neither this DNC committee member nor the boy who wrote the commentary, Grayson Everett, believes what is claimed.  You know this because they aren’t advocating for the disarming of police.  They want someone to have guns, just not you.  Only the special people get to have them.  They believe, like all statists, in a monopoly of force.  They get to exercise it, and you don’t.  Because all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than other animals.

I think they are preaching to the choir, and I think they know it. The recent success of ‘The Hunger Games’ series of movies very vividly displayed a society in which only the authorities have weapons, and I am sure the lesson was not lost on the bulk of those who watched: a disarmed society is an oppressed society and only those with guns or special favor eat well.

We rail against those who mouth threats against our ability to fight back, but we know, don’t we, that it’s all just words. Disarming 100 million people who already have 350 million guns and 200 billion rounds of ammo is not something that’s going to happen quickly or soon or without a great deal of bloodshed from exactly the class of people who think it can’t happen to them.

We’re heavily oppressed in many ways and we still have our weapons. Mostly. The only reason it’s not even worse yet is because we still have those arms but that’s just a fake happiness for us if we think we can keep on not overthrowing the unlawful state/city & DC govt’s in this country so we can restore new govt that is representative & limited again. But when the cops can murder us or beat on us at will, which they do, and when politicians/judges can just issue out any dictate about no weapons or more restrictions, if we’re unwilling to shoot them down like we should, at the least, march on them well armed & threaten them for real to give up, then we have already lost.

All these comments regarding whether we should have weapons. We forget that our ancestors settled this country with a weapon in one hand and a Bible in the other. Also, when Jesus returns, He will not be the meek shepherd, He will be the Conqueror and that, my dears, means bloodshed, and a lot of it. The people who preach being meek and martyr yourself to ones who will butcher you will be the first to run away and they are cowards. They are unable to stand up for their own rights and life much less their families and ME.

All of these discussions are helpful but I want to point out that while I was in a State-mandated meeting yesterday regarding trauma, the Mother Emmanuel massacre was mentioned. A young black man in the auditorium shouted that it was the fault of the NRA.

If State employees are promoting that narrative among their black coworkers (an abnormally high concentration of that demographic, btw) while they nod in agreement, you can see how hopeless it is to keep preaching to the choir. If white, middle-class NRA leadership can’t figure out how to win the trust and patronage of the black community, they may as well just go home. Black Americans have been taught the NRA=KKK and not just on the Internet but in the halls of the State.

Her name is Bonnie Schaefer. She is also the former Co-CEO of Claire’s Stores (the cheap jewelry/accessory shops), where her “story” is that she started as a clerk and worked her way up (that her father owned the parent company had nothing to do with her success, I’m sure). It’s also notable that DNC platform committee members are protected by armed security.

I guess maybe their protectors are “nobody”, then?

Guns are the first, and still only, weapons whose effectiveness is not dependent upon the strength of the user. They make the 5 foot tall, 90 pound woman able to effectively fend off her 6 foot tall 240 pound rapist. Anyone who is anti-gun is pro-rapist, and we need to start framing the debate like that: Mrs. Clinton, why do you want rapists to be able to commit their crimes in safety by denying their potential victims the ONLY means to effectively defend themselves?

Hillary: Nobody should have a gun, because if women had guns to protect themselves from rapists, my husband would have been murdered by a vigilante ages ago.

Sadly, this type of gun control will only end in a bloody civil war. They will run out of cops before the rest of us run out of bullets.

Note that rarely do the articles pushing gun control have a comments section (as in the al.com article). Guess they don’t want anybody refuting their insane ideas with reason, logic and common sense. Obviously the kid and the woman in the video have never read an issue of American Rifleman, specifically the column “The Armed Citizen”. Nor have they ever had someone shoot at them – whereupon one surely misses having an ‘equalizer’ while trying to hide from the assailant.

3 groups of people are to blame for this. 1.) The masses of sheep out here, including so called patriots, even if those people who proclaim to be patriots really mean well, but are not willing to do what the 2A requires of us from time to time. 2.) Politicians/judges, ALL of them. This includes the POTUS’ past to current. 3.) Cops. ALL of them. They’re all engaged in direct contradictions to the US Constitution, even if a state statute or local ordinance says something else. They’re enforcing & have been for many yrs, unlawful codes that violate the BOR/Constitution & we’re told we can’t do nothing about it except sue or go to court?!? What a load of BS. And to top it off, the cops are also an army that violates at least the spirit if not also the letter of the Constitution where it doesn’t allow for a standing army in the states. Yet they’re & they commit terrorism & criminal actions in the name of “public safety” but it’s our butts losing. The politicians, the cops, all of this, is to blame. Concerning the rule of law, not fake laws, the Constitution reigns supreme law including the Bill of Rights which is simply the 1st ten amendments. There’s nothing hard to understand about this.
We are literally living next door to traitors, criminals, terrorists & worse but we think, many of you, don’t think this is true when someone like me points this crap out. As a veteran, I feel extreme grief sometimes because I want to do something’s against what is clearly an unlawful form of govt but feel hopeless because not many are willing to stand & do what’s right. I’ve fought against enemies before in some crappy situations but here in my own country, my own people are the real & far worse enemy than those hajji’s ever were.
