Mark is an extremely smart man, but he continues his Pollyanna march toward ultimate victory in the courts. Pardon me if I’m not so confident.
Until the SCOTUS grants certiorari to an AR ban case, I’ll continue to say that their cowardice knows no boundaries. I don’t care what else they take up, 2A related or not.
