GOA’s Erich Pratt on 2025’s BBB and What’s in Store for 2026
BY Herschel Smith“At first, all they wanted to do was repeal the $200 tax on the suppressors, but they still wanted to leave it in the NFA, which means the registration and all that goes along with that; the waiting periods, etc.” Pratt explained. “We said, ‘No, no, no.’ We just melted their phone lines. I mean, so much so we had reports they were turning off the phones in the House of Representatives.”
Well, that’s not the way I remember it. I remember you talking about this being a “win” for future suppressor owners. Either way, you didn’t succeed. You should have told Cornyn that you would lobby against his reelection to the senate if he went down this path.
Speaking of Cornyn, how come the fine folks in Texas haven’t run him out of office yet? After all, he appears to care more about the Muslims than anyone else in his supposed constituency. Let’s see if there are enough Muslims in Texas to elect him.
🚨BETRAYAL🚨Texas Senator John Cornyn has praised Islam and said “Ramadan Mubarak.” Cornyn last year said “Inshallah” at the TX GOP Convention, meaning “If Allah Wills.” Is this why Cornyn has NOT Condemned the Texas SHARIA LAW City that's being built?!

If John Cornyn said, “Insha’allah” – which is something often stated by practicing Muslims, then the chances are that the Senator has already made the profession of faith and converted. His actions are certainly consistent with a convert to that creed.
If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck… you know the rest….

Because their are damn few Texans any more. We have been over run by Cali fruit and nuts, New York Dumb A**, and not just a few snow wet backs in their RV’s that took root and stayed past their welcome.
Three or four million people called Texans back then. Now population is over 31 million. Our local political class is just as crooked as the feds but now re enforced by the newcomers. However the number problem is the dumbing down of education. People cannot think for themselves anymore. We are lost.

I kind of doubt Islam is a factor in Texas politics. Well maybe slightly in Houston but I doubt even Austin. I don’t think “X is not a real [fill in the blank]” gets you anywhere. In the US you move where you want.
From a party standpoint the problem is it understands the grass roots support, but a Senate primary in Texas is extremely expensive, like $100 million. Doner money that goes into a primary isn’t going to be there for the general.
Again, you can imagine worlds where “outsiders” and money don’t influence politics/elections, but like the late Rush I live in Realville.

That doesn’t work with the soldiers of Allah. You see, their plan is to take over the entire country for their faith, and eventually the whole world. Skeptics can scoff all they want, but that’s how Muslims went from being a few followers of their prophet to more than a billion adherents today around the world.
The shahids (true believers of Islam) migrate into non-Muslim (infidel) lands and colonize them. They build up their numbers and the more of them, the more-assertive they get. When they have a majority, they’ll implement sharia law.
The historical pattern is that when they reach a certain percentage of the total population, they start committing acts of jihad. France is ten percent Muslim today, and acts of jihad are now routine on French soil, everything from the burning of churches via arson to the killing of priests and nuns to assault, rape and murder of French women and girls, you name it.
And if they are that aggressive at ten percent of the population, how do you think they’ll be when their numbers approach parity?
Retreating – a.k.a. “moving” – works for a while, but does nothing to solve the problem or eliminate the threat the Saracens pose.
I am by no means a pessimist, but it is a mistake to underestimate such a determined and formidable enemy.
