It’s A Lie That America Has An Epidemic Of Gun Violence

BY Herschel Smith

David Codrea’s article at Ammoland should be read, entitled “Ask Dettelbach Tough Questions about ‘AFT’ Abuses During Confirmation Hearings.”

I also enjoyed reading this comment.

On that note, admit there is no epidemic of gun violence and that all 23,000 current laws are totally ineffective. The United States’ 1931 population was 124 million, and we had 11,160 murders and manslaughters, 7,533 committed with firearms.  The United States’ 2019 population was 328 million, and we had 13,927 homicides, 10,258 via firearms.

So…Over the course of 90 years, we increased population by 204 million, citizens built or purchased over 250,000,000 additional firearms, yet America experienced only 2,725 more homicides by use of guns in 2019 than we did in 1931.

Per population growth alone, much less Gun purchases, we should expect around 28,000 murders.  Yet the murder rate has plummeted.

The guns in law abiding hands are NOT a problem; they are employed in defensive means to prevent a crime against persons more than 5 times as often as guns in the hands of criminals are used to perpetuate a crime.

Any time you hear something like that, they’re trying to scare soccer moms.  Be a man.  Chuckle, point out the truth to people, and then ignore the hysterics.

The lie that America has a “gun violence problem” is bad-enough, but it has another lie hidden inside of it, namely, that if Black and Latino gun violence – much of it committed by inner-city gangs – is subtracted out of the data set, leaving acts of violence committed by people of European ancestry, a.k.a. whites, the United States immediately becomes one of the safest nations on the planet. In other words, the country does not have a “gun violence problem” in general, but instead has one among certain subsets of its population, who – for reasons of political correctness – can’t be mentioned in polite society, let alone inside the Beltway.

This is a nearly-textbook example of the “anarcho-tyranny” model in action, the one proposed by the late Sam Francis. The regulatory state, headed by certain three-letter agencies in Washington, D.C., clamps down hard on law-abiding Americans seeking only to legally exercise their Second Amendment rights, while downplaying or outright ignoring the real elephants in the room: Violent racial minorities who commit the vast majority of gun crimes.

@gb61, I say it’s worse than that. The inside the beltway gang not only mention what you say but they seek to exploit it.

Further, racial division is a treasure trove of political opportunity for the subtle workers of iniquity. That’s why the government seeks to whip up new “racial tensions” every so often. Of course, now that they’re simply programming the election results into the machines we’ll have to see if voting blocks will still matter.

They’re sure have been a lot of well publicized “high profile” “tragic” and “senseless” “random” acts of “gun violence” right around the time of this new ATF rulemaking.

Even if it did, there’s nothing that the foreign (and now bankrupt and contractless) subcontractors can do.

    Their balliwick is:

    A) Their sandbox (which is D.C. and Puerto Rico)

    and

    B) Their employees (“Federal Individuals” and current military).

As a continuation to the replies I made to WyoMarine a few days ago regarding the “proposed internal rule changes” by “BATFE, Inc.” (a defunct Municipal for-profit corporation), “they” don’t own anything.

“Debtors” cannot own property (and they currently are in the hole to the American people to the tune of 23 trillion).

“Imaginary entities” cannot own property. Incorporated “things” do not exist. Living men and women are always superior to fake and imaginary entities.

Finally, the “Federal (Contract) Government” operates via the biblical “Law of Kinds.” This stands above all else, since all Law derives from religion. It simply says that “like judges like.” Laws for the Dead cannot be applied to the Living. This can be confirmed by anyone with five minutes, an internet connection, and a searchable database of the “U.S. (Employee) Code.” There is no mention (scrupulous lack, in fact) of living men and women, but conversely, everything that is discussed (all forms of “persons”) is some form of “corporation.”

The entireity of “Federal” (and the wholly-owned subsidiary “State of State” Federal franchises) “Code” is based on 1) bluff 2) ignorance on the part of those being “regulated” and 3) fraud.

As I have mentioned before, unless you are legitimately A) a Federal Individual (corporation) that must therefore fill out a tax return for a “Federal Individual” B) Current military or C) a Dependent of the foregoing, then all of the huge body of “Code” has as much to do with you as Canadian Code, or French Code. Or Wal-Mart employee Code for that matter (assuming you don’t work at Wal-Mart).

By engaging with it (by “registering your vote” in their foreign, private elections, campaigning fruitlessly to change their “codes and statutes,” etc.) you give it energy and legitimacy.

It applies only to those who have agreed to it. Rights are by their nature unlimited. They are enjoyed by exercising them.

Americans stand under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence, 1776.

    It has not gone anywhere.

To those that are pushing a “second Declaration,” -why are you doing this?” “They” want you to, since it would nullify everything our forefathers fought and bled and sacrificed for. You would have to fight a needless, useless, destructive war on our soil, and America has been at uninterrupted peace since 1814.

The Declaration stands. It is likely -you- who have been stolen away, without your knowledge. Are you an American (born in one of the 50 states of the Union)? Or are you a “United Statesian,” and the stateless chattel property of a rogue “District” that does not even have a contract to squat here anymore?

Only you know who you are. And only you can waive your rights and guarantees.

So, come home, and start rightfully ignoring those that deserve to be forgotten by history.

An addenda that needs to be included (file it under “good intentions, bad results”):

I am seeing the notion of a “Convention of States” floated on the blogosphere.

Well, at best it would be spinning wheels and accomplishing nothing. At worst, it would be used to further the fraud.

As many may not know, our American government went away on March 27th, 1861. This is when the foreign, pretend “President” Lincoln initiated his coup (nobody seems to remember that his spiritual successor, the equally fake “President” Obama was “sworn in” on Lincoln’s bible).

The Lawfully convened and constituted “Congress of The United States” adjourned “sine dia” (“without a day”), and has not been seen since.

The two remaining (and both wholly foreign-run) civil subcontractors, one British (Territorial) and one Roman (Municipal) fought an illegal and unlawful war on our soil, conscripting unwitting (and third party to the whole conflict) Americans as mercs to do the dying and bleeding.

After the armistice (the war was still “going on” until last year), the two subcontractors colluded, took over running the whole show (instead of just the Territories/Navy and as custodian of the “Neutral Meeting Ground” District of Columbia respectively).

They booted up lookalike substitute entities for our erstwhile Republican States of States (e.g. substituted the Territorial “State of Maine” for the Republican “The State of Maine”).

And over 160 years, have managed to gull most Americans into believing they are “United Statesians” (a third or fourth class political status equal to indentured servitude or outright slavery).

Prior to 1861, each State had a Lawfully-convened Assembly that delegated responsibilities to the business entity. For instance, Maine had “The Maine Assembly” that directed and delegated tasks to “The State of Maine.”

Unfortunately, when the American Republican States were sidelined, they never reconvened (until recently). And to make matters more complicated, only Americans with un-divided loyalties could sit on State Assemblies (if someone was serving in a dual-capacity as a “U.S. Citizen” they were ineligible. This was to (rightfully) prevent conflict of interest. Same reason the TONA (13th Amendment) was enacted in 1819.

    Fast forward to today.

A “Convention of States” would in fact be a “Convention of States of States.” In other words, a convention of Federal franchise organizations, whose “delegates” were Federal employees.

That would be like the hired help (groundskeepers, gardeners, cooks, valets, etc.) of an estate convening without the knowledge or consent of the principals of the estate and unilaterally altering their service contracts (which is all that the three Constitutions are/were). To re-visit a service contract requires both parties to be present (Americans and U.S. Citizens/citizens of the United States). And the proper method would be a “Continental Congress,” rather than a “Constitutional Convention.”

Because like as not, a “Constitutional Convention” would see “State of State” delegations stuffed to the gills with foreign/communist “ringers” who would gleefully use the opportunity to fast-forward their agenda of theft, fraud, and chaos.

As I have said, know who you are. Are you employer (American)? Or employee (United Statesian)? Remember that there have been almost no new American Public Laws (which are published on the Federal Record, not the “Federal Register”) since 1861.

Things are not as bleak as you thought.

The problem is evil — and with those who refuse to discuss it. They avoid the word.

    Wise up.

Yep, you’re sure right about that. It’s pretty obvious by now to anyone paying attention that the business of fed.gov isn’t “solving” problems, but doing only enough to look like they’re solving them, so as to perpetuate the gravy train.

You have that right, virtually every head of the various member institutions of the Gun Confiscation Lobby is of one particular tribe, the one that can’t be named.
