Rodney Dunn

BY Herschel Smith

Rodney Dunn is a violent and stupid man.  But the courts protect men like him because the police aren’t there to protect you.  They are performing government stability operations on behalf of the rulers.

As I’ve said before.  You’re never in more danger than when the police are around.

    Where to start . . .

In 1986 a former classmate was murdered by a California Highway Patrolman. Cara’s murder was the genesis of the “slow, put hazmats lights on, pull over in a safe are” training/policies. Cara did everything we were trained to do. She was an outstanding person from an excellent family.

I have taught Cara’s passing to my daughter. She is to only pull over where she feels it is safe. She makes her own safety decisions. Period. I will deal with the consequences of that. She would be responsible for her part.

This lady needs to have the men in her life step up.

Today, Craig Peyer has not yet answered for his sin.

Remember, Officer Friendly is PROUD of himself.

He firmly believes he cannot be wrong.

He knows very well, that no matter how egregious his fuck-up, his fellow Gang members will back him up.

He knows with a high degree of certainty that his testimony in court with have more weight with the Judge, because they are on the same team.

He knows his Union will protect him at any cost.

Oh… and if he catches a genuine bad guy once in a while, that’s cool too.

When agents of the state learn they cannot get away with things such as this they will stop out of fear of what could happen to themselves and their families.

    Agreed.

    Assault with a motor vehicle.

    On TWO civilians.

In Okanogan County, Washington, we have a Sheriff who covers for the behavior of his deputies by refusing to issue body cams or dash cams.

The deputies here can mistreat you any way they want and it’s just your word against the thug in the clown costume.

That is pretty bad. Qualified immunity needs to go into the dust bin of history

My family members are in law enforcement. But its clear the quality of those in the profession is bottom of the barrel and getting worse. Its now a daily occurance that stupid cops destroy the lives of innocent good citizens.

    Its raids on wrong addresses

    Shooting dogs

    Excessive force

    Murdering the innocent

    Politically driven arrests

    Exceeding Authority

And qualified immunity must be revoked where officers or departments violate procedures, the law, or make gross errors like raiding the wrong address

And its not only minorities that have to worry about police encounters.

Good grief. Even if the genius Officer Dunn thought that the woman was failing to yield, the pit maneuver was not even close to being justified. There was no danger to the public that would justify an action like that. There was no reason to perform a dangerous stunt like that so quickly.

Officer Dunn has lived for some time on this earth and he is no wiser for it. That man should not be trusted to flip burgers.

It is the LE “mentality” that promotes the “WE – them” demeaning of the public. And, “immunity” and unions that minimize the value of the lives of non LEs.

It is politicians and municipal bureaucrats that have burdened communities with so many “administrative rules” parading as “Law” that enables LE to pick and chose how they spend their time. … And, more times than not they chose activities that have minimal risk.

In the incident case, I expect that dunn had already “run the plates” and knew there was little to fear from the occupant(s) of the vehicle.

EXPATNJ say Harper has sued dunn. dunn should be in jail pending trial for abuse of authority, reckless endangerment, gross negligence, attempted homicide, depraved indifference and all other charges an actual “representative of the People” can bring from all available statutes. …

Has he been terminated ? …

I hope Harper’s attorney has filed lis pendens on all dunn’s real and personal property.
