DOJ Won’t Pursue Criminal Charges Against McCabe

Fox News.

In a letter to McCabe attorney Michael Bromwich obtained by Fox News, Justice Department attorney J.P. Cooney said the investigation is now “closed.”

“We write to inform you that, after careful consideration, the government has decided not to pursue criminal charges against your client, Andrew G. McCabe,” Cooney wrote.

The DOJ added: “Based on the totality of the circumstances and all of the information known to the government at this time, we consider the matter closed.”

William Barr recently complained about Trump, saying “I cannot do my job here at the department with a constant background commentary that undercuts me,” Barr said.

“To have public statements and tweets made about the department, about people in the department, our men and women here, about cases pending in the department and about judges before whom we have cases, make it impossible for me to do my job and to assure the courts and the prosecutors in the department that we’re doing our work with integrity,” he said.

In other words, “You’re getting in the way of the deep state doing its job.”

Barr is a professional Deep State damage-control expert. His job is to make everything just go away. Move along … nothing to see here. I will be shocked if there are any indictments issued no matter what corruption is disclosed over the coming months.

Interesting how the Presidential appointees (particularly the AG and FBI Director) supposedly work for, and report to, the President but he is not supposed to give them any orders or direction concerning the policies and actions he wants implemented.

Yep. And Roger Stone and Mike Flynn stand convicted of the very “crime” for which McCabe gets a pass.

Roger Stone’s lawyers filed for a new trial based on the actions of the foreman of the jury. She is a black, Trump hating communist that was putting information about the trial on social media before the trial was completed. No worries, the “judge” is a communist Obama appointee and she denied both requests last week. Our ‘Justus” system in this country is a sick joke. I remember when the Captain, and others, accurately pegged Barr as a denizen of the Deep State. They(Barr, Trump &TC) all blow incredible amounts of rectal smoke and absolutely nothing happens to the slimy inhabitants of the swamp. I’d bet that Brennan still has his TS clearance. There is no legitimacy regarding anything coming out of Washington. Non compliance and civil disobedience are certainly justified.

Sessions, six hundred and thirty seven days, no indictments of the deep state.
McMasters, one hundred days and no indictments of the deep state.
Barr, three hundred sixty five days and no indictments of the deep state.
“Special” prosecutor Durhan has been invistigating the spy gage scandal since March 2019, and has yet to interview James Comey, Andrew McCabe, John Brennan or James Clapper.
This seems like a good time to remind everyone that AG Eric Holder ran guns to Mexico, lied to Congress about, was found in contempt and never prosecuted.

After the murder of Randy Weaver’s wife Idaho was ready to prosecute the shooter for murder. Barr fought for and won a judicial ruling giving Federal snipers a licence to kill and the shooter walker free. All feds that are armed have a 007.

New Zealand is a good example of what may be next move.

In New Zealand the “police” [read deep state] are going door to door inTERRORgating right wing social sewer users about their posts. In NZ being on the right or even libertarian is considered a crime to be investigated by pretending to look for members of a dark conspiracy. The conspiracy being freedom of speech.

This is mandated by the UN’s Agenda21. Socialist countries are implementing it without any public debate. LOL.

Coming soon to a neighborhood near you. If you are in the social sewer you might want to get out.
