As for the NFL, it’s hostility to the Second Amendment is no secret to Americans who care more for the right of the people to keep and bear arms than they do for bread and circuses. League gutlessness, on the National Anthem and in its “Standard of Conduct” mandating player defenselessness, tells us all we need to know. The hiring of ex-ATF honcho and Fast and Furious cover-up king B. Todd Jones as special counsel for player misconduct tells us a bit more.
I didn’t know that’s where Jones ended up. The NFL and Jones are a match made in hell.
And as for that matter, NASCAR has gone the way of the NFL. Good riddance to both of them. Not that I watched anyway.

Yep. I did the same. I really used to enjoy watching one or two NFL games a week. With friends and family it was a good way to spend some time.
Now, even if the NFL turned completely 180 degrees from the direction they are going, it would never be the same again for me. I will never watch them again.

You figure that the higher-ups in organizations like the NFL, NBA and NASCAR would know that insulting the most deeply-held values of their core clientele would be bad for business and the bottom line, but they seem to need reminding of this basic fact, which is why traditional people all across this nation of ours are finding other, more-important things to do than serve as fans/whipping boys for the social-justice warrior types in these leagues. I’ve been boycotting the NFL and NBA now for a decade – and haven’t missed either one. I’ve never been a patron of NASCAR, so can’t miss what I never enjoyed in the first place.

Then I obseved the league giving millions of dollars to Social Justice organizations that the “players” support. IMO there are not enough “patriots” boycotting the NFL. The majority of Trumpsters talk the talk but do not walk the walk. Are they PINO’S. Patriots in name only. The public schools teach Islam to their kids and most sit back and do nothing. The public Schools introduce all forms of transgender and gay issues to their kids and they sit back and do nothing. When the Mayor of Lewiston Maine said that there weren’t enough people of color in Lewiston the sheeple sat back and took no action and now their are thousands of black somalis living in Lewiston. We need to draw a line in the sand and not accept any more from the Red / Green Axis.
