21 State Attorneys General Ask Supreme Court to Void Maryland Gun Law

A coalition of 21 state attorneys general is asking the Supreme Court to strike down a Maryland law that denies concealed carry permits unless applicants can convince local officials they have a “good and substantial reason” to be granted one by local authorities.
West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, a Republican, and the other state officials filed a friend-of-the-court brief with the Supreme Court Dec. 18 in a case cited as Malpasso v. Pallozzi. Morrisey and the others want to expand the scope of protection afforded to gun-ownership rights after the high court ruled in District of Columbia v. Heller (2010), that the right to possess a firearm is an individual right, and in McDonald v. Chicago (2012), that the right of an individual to “keep and bear arms” applies to the states.
Apart from West Virginia, the other states that participated in the brief are Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Utah.
The question former U.S. Solicitor General Paul Clement, a veteran of Second Amendment battles, put before the court in the petition for certiorari filed Sept. 26, is, “Whether the Second Amendment allows the government to prohibit typical, law-abiding citizens from carrying handguns outside the home for self defense in any manner.”
This is a good case in light of the machinations New York just went through to avoid Supreme Court review. This is an excellent case.
Here’s a prediction. Roberts will prevent this from ever reaching the SCOTUS. Good job, W. That’s a valueless man you’ve got there, just like you.

They may indeed hear it, that is if they’re not exhausted from hearing from Paul Clement already. He was quite articulate in the NY case during orals and that is an experienced guy who can bring it & batter the other side. Gorsuch & Alito will want to hear this also, since it goes to the curse of the “rules for thee, but not for me” concept.

Foreigners in the Old Testament were compelled to live by the Law of God or be put without the camp, or even put to death depending on the situation. America has no such law, and no such mechanism by which to enforce that Schoolmaster to bring them unto Holy Christ. Importation of barbarians into a society that does whatever is right in it own eyes is a grievous strategic National error, also documented in the Holy Scriptures. Seriously, those people are brain damaged by TV and chemicals, both the playground of satan, and they are hirelings of the king, false profits, doing the will of their earthly kings as much out of wicked and despicable Talmudic Tel Aviv as Zionist Washington DC.
They know not the God the Holy Bible. I hope they enjoy their little 20 minute self help psychological pep talk this Sunday, they deserve what, and everything that comes of this.

Sorry to turn this into an OT rant. I just got back from making contact with 10 Spanish speaking families, or women with no obvious man. I’m going to explain why addressing the male head is important in order to prove how lost the West really is. But first, this park is infested with southern baptists and other mainliners. I’ve been doing this for months and have NEVER seen anybody attempting to make contact with these people. I don’t speak Spanish, all I can do is hand them some literature that is sadly translated from Greek to English and then back to Spanish. Handing out tracts is one of the least effective ways to reach the lost but that’s all I can do. These people don’t speak English, I say JESUCHRISTO and they take the literature almost always, above 99% of the time, usually with a smile. They know a religion and the name but I can’t tell them the true Gospel.
Ya know, if you want to allow, and especially advocate for them to come here don’t you have an obligation to make contact, in Spanish, with every single one of them and share the Gospel? Foreigners in the OT had to live by the Law of God, or get out!!!
Anyway, the reason I only address the male when present is because whites are the only people in the whole world who openly pisseth on the Law of God in this regard and let their women run things, and 3 billion (the males) of those people who don’t allow their women to run amok aren’t even Christians! It’s disrespectful TO GOD to talk a strange man’s women yet the American families I contact almost always the women takes the lead and talks to me about the things of God while their husband stands there and drools thinking about his favorite sports team or something.
