Once again, THEIR in violation of the 2A. We have no constitutional rights!
Meaning, the governor is no longer the governor as soon as he does more than talk about disarming citizens. We can’t stress this point enough. 2A tells government what it’s not allowed to do.Their the law breakers! Not us.
The SCOTUS has decided many times that officials acting outside of their jurisdiction are “Notwithstanding”.
Think of some asshat drug addict, trying to steal your firearms? Act accordingly.

The law is the governments willingness to kill you. Nothing more, nothing less. The Constitution is OVER. Get that through you heads. There is no law of men but what some elements say there is. That’s not Tyranny, that’s anarchy. Governor Ralphie is an anarchist. Please understand that. You can’t fight an anarchist with laws on paper, they don’t care about the laws on paper, except the ones they like.

So what’s the fall back. Well, it never was a fallback, it was meant to be understood and exercised as formost. I just don’t have time right now, but it’s the Holy Bible. That Law (those laws) are immutable, from everlasting to everlasting, applicable in all circumstances, applicable to all men at all times, everywhere. I’ve been warning you here, and so to Herschel here, and others elsewhere, that you need to know the Law of God and His Holy Word. You cannot fight a war on the pile sand that is the former constitution and state constitutions, that are being eroded down river. There is only one Rock, One that is the corner. Truth, absolute truth is real, knowable by a man, tangible, measurable.

THERE IS A HIGHER LAW THAT CAN NOT BE BROKEN.

The God that cannot lie is the judge. That same higher Law is held against you the same as any commie anarchist. You can fight for your guns or your laws on paper but you will lose. The Law of God is a twoedged sword. It convicts and punishes on the one hand, or it brings salvation and blessings on the other. You have been convicted by Holy God, or the Bible is a lie. You must find out, from His word how to secure those blessings for you and your posterity, or you will, and are, having them be removed.

What you want is justice…sirs, that’s the error. Careful what you ask for, you just might get what justice you deserve. What you need is mercy, from the only Judge that can make you free.

Geoff is wrong. The ARNG can be used for law enforcement. If an ARNG unit is mobilized, they become Title 10 active duty. This is the restriction, Title 10 federal active duty cannot be used for law enforcement. However, a Gov can activate an ARNG unit in state active duty which is Title 32. Then the ARNG can be used for direct law enforcement activities. Govs hate to use this because it costs soooo much money and the PR is terrible but it’s available. In Puerto Rico, they used the ARNG for law enforcement all the time.

    Government is force. Period.

Government of Virginia is proposing to take arms…by force. Period.

If Virginians surrender their arms to be rendered into plowshares, then they will plow for those who do not. Stated as such, by a Virginian…TJ.

Those who want your guns, are planning on keeping theirs. Period.

    Not. One. More. Inch.

For decades, citizens have bent to the changing winds. In Virginia, those winds have been stiff and constant. The Virginia oak also bends to the changing winds, but their roots remain anchored in defiance.

We in Alaska, are all Virginians now.

The law is subject to suspension by the President as provided by an Amended Spending Bill Rider of 2010…Obama signed it.

I don’t know if anyone has seen this, but there is a recall petition being circulated by the Virginia Constitutional Conservatives. 405,000 signatures and the tyrant Northam faces a recall election.

    The petition:

    Code of Virginia, § 24.2-234.

The group’s legit; I just haven’t heard enough of this to say how effective it will be. I just came across it today. But it can’t hurt to use it as another bludgeon in this rapidly evolving 4GW fight.

Democrats plan ‘unprecedented’ effort to flip state legislative chambers in 2020 state races

National Democratic leaders, backed by activist groups formed in response to President Trump’s election, are planning an unprecedented push to flip legislative chambers in at least seven states next year, a major strategic shift buoyed by the party’s successful seizure of Virginia’s state government in November.

Democratic groups, labor unions and grass roots organizations say their strategy centers on funneling tens of millions of dollars into traditionally low-profile state legislative contests in an effort to create new routes for the party’s agenda and prepare for upcoming congressional redistricting. The party has largely focused on the top of the ballot during presidential election years, an approach that allowed Republicans to make gains in statehouses for decades.

  14. On December 15, 2019 at 12:27 pm, Ned said:

If “kill all the babies and take all the guns” Northam actually invokes National Guard troops to seize guns, I wonder how many will actually show up for the task?

He and the rest of the Quislings who instigated this will also need the troops that comply with his order to protect themselves and their families 24/7. But then who will protect the families of the NG troops who assist?

These statist gun control freaks know what they want – they’re just not educated or enlightened enough to understand even the basics of the potential consequences. They certainly don’t understand 4G warfare, and have never studied Sun Tsu.
