Erdogan Predicts “War Between The Cross And Crescent” Over Austria Mosque Closures

BY Herschel Smith

Breitbart:

“These measures taken by the Austrian prime minister are, I fear, leading the world towards a war between the cross and the crescent,” Erdogan said in a speech in Istanbul covered by AFP.

Austria’s populist government made the announcement on Friday morning at a press conference as part of the governing coalition’s campaign against radical Islamic ideology and the influence of countries like Turkey in the Austrian Islamic community, Kronen Zeitung reports.

Media reports that between 40 and 60 imams, including their families, could be expelled in total. The imams all stand accused of receiving funding from abroad. Official investigations have been launched in 11 cases. Two of the imams had already been denied extensions to their residency permits.

[ … ]

Mr. Erdogan, speaking Saturday, said: “They say they’re going to kick our religious men out of Austria. Do you think we will not react if you do such a thing?”

“That means we’re going to have to do something,” he added without elaborating.

Clarity is a good thing.  I’m glad he brought this up and made his intentions known.  Austria, are you listening?

America, are you listening?  We’re next.  Prepare.

I’m not concerned about Erdogan or Islamists.  They would be easily handled with an understanding of the clarity he has given us.  My concern is the Chamberlain’s of the era, along with the FedGov who wants population replacement.

President Erdogan of Turkey is a devout Muslim, doing as the Koran, the Hadiths and the Sira command the believers to do – spread Islam over the whole of the earth, if necessary by the sword.

Erdogan is a neo-Ottoman, who seeks to return the Turks and Sunni Islam to their past golden age, with himself as Caliph or Sultan, i.e., a Muslim strongman and supreme leader ruling over not just a nation, but an empire.

Erdogan was one of the creators of ISIS, and until pressured to renounce the group by the Trump administration, one of its biggest supporters. It is probably safe to assume that the Turkish President remains a staunch ally of the group, albeit from within the shadows rather than in the open.

The Islamic State, i.e. ISIS, Daesh, etc. is a Sunni Muslim jihadist-terror paramilitary organization which acts as a de facto army of the major Sunni Muslim states of the Middle East as well as Turkey.

Not quite a decade ago, spear-headed by the efforts of the ruling al-Thani royal family of Qatar, and aided by allies within the Saudi royal family, ISIS was launched to the tune of twenty-five jumbo jets worth of supplies, weapons, and ammunition – and then sent off to cut a blood-stained swath across Syria and other places in the Middle East. Their mission was to disrupt and if possible, topple the Assad government of Syria.

ISIS had other missions as well. It was designed as the Sunni counterpart of the Iranian Quds force, to oppose Iranian influence in Iraq as well as in other contested hotspots in the ME region. There was/is much dirty work to be done in the Middle East, and most of it is too hot to touch for any of the regimes in the Arab world; the last thing the sheiks want is for unfavorable publicity to adversely impact the bottom line in dealings with the West.

What was needed was a deniable force which would do the dirtiest, bloodiest jobs in a way that could not be traced back to its sponsors. Enter ISIS, whose blood-thirsty jihadists were more-than-eager to do the job, whether it was taking female infidel captives to sell into sexual slavery, or the mass-murder by beheading of Coptic Christian priests, or the rape of Christian nuns in the Levant.

Ethnic-cleansing was also one of the “duties” of ISIS, ridding the Sunni caliphate-to-be of undesirables, whether Christian or not. Muslims deemed not fanatical-enough were also put to the sword, for example the Yazidis of Syria. Only those whose Islamic beliefs were deemed pure-enough were permitted to remain alive.

ISIS was also created in part to conquer non-Muslim lands for the caliphate, in this case by immigration to Europe. The western NATO powers’ intervention in Syria and the subsequent upheaval – thereby created the perfect cover-story and pretext for the massive flow of “refugees” into the heart of old Europe.

While there were genuine refugees in that flow of people (all the better to sell the ruse de guerre) , most of the alleged “refugees” were young and aggressive men of military age, i.e., the soldiers of Allah engaged in the hegira – the Arabic term for conquest-by-immigration.”

Once established in their Islamic beachheads in Europe, the ISIS fighters fulfilled their mission of violence, chaos and bloodshed. Mass rapes, criminal gangs devoted to prostitution and sexual slavery rings, gangs devoted to narcotics trafficking, ritual beheadings, grenade attacks, arson, and so on and so forth. Acts of jihad across the continent.

Re: “My concern is the Chamberlain’s of the era, along with the FedGov who wants population replacement.”

Your concern is quite justified. The soldiers of Allah are running riot within our civilization precisely because the western ruling elites have, metaphorically-speaking, thrown open the gates to them. They have become quite literally 21st-century Quislings, men and women who have betrayed their nations and peoples to the oldest enemy of our civilization – Islam.

What is the end-game of our elites, vis-à-vis Islam? Your guess is as good as mine. Perhaps they intend to use the soldiers of Allah as their SS-Gestapo, the enforcers and secret police of the new regime they plan to make – or perhaps the dystopian super-state they are planning will be explicitly Islamic.

British Prime Minister May and German Chancellor Merkel, to name two examples, already seem to be rather comfortable with the hajib and other articles of dress mandated by sharia law. Only they know whether they have already said the shahada and converted to the “one true faith” already.

There are two kinds of Muslim: those who want to kill all the unbelievers, and those who want someone else to kill all the unbelievers. The latter are not an immediate threat except insofar as they breed the former. It is clear that Islam and Western Civiization are incompatible, but they are not ‘mutually exclusive’. WesternCiv can tolerate Islam, but Islam cannot tolerate anything beside itself. As long as Islam is denied access to the means of waging war, Western Civilization is relatively safe.

If we wish to keep our civilization, we are going to have to quarantine Islam, isolate them from dangerous toys, and cut them off from the 21st century. For the Europeans, this is a do-able task. For the Americans, it will require that we first declare Islam to be “not a religion as the term is commonly understood” and thereby cut them off from the protections of the First Amendment. If Islam attains majority status in the U.S., that is the first thing they will do to us; there is no God but Allah.

First, Turkey must be removed from NATO so that they can’t use that as a shield against the numerous Orthodox countries in the area. The Turk is one nasty group. While I was never there, I worked in my ELINT assignment, in Japan, with many who had been there. The collective opinion was that only Peshawar, Pakistan was worse, but not by much.

Second, the F-16 factory that the US government so generously set up in Turkey must be shut down and the materials rendered unusable.

Last, Russia, Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece need to be encouraged to take on the Turk and run them east. The Croats, mostly of the Latin Church, should be told to sit down and keep quiet and let the Orthodox countries handle the Turk.

Yes,folks, this is an ancient problem, with proven solutions if we insist on using them.

There were Christian enclaves along the Black Sea; notably in Trabazon, Sinop, and a couple other towns. Trabazon still has a small version of the Hagia Sophia that they maintain as a museum, just like the magnificent one in Constantinople.

The Attaturk government murdered the Christians little by little during the 1920s and 1930s. The official name change of Constantinople to Istanbul didn’t occur until 1935.

Re: “islam already declared war on western civilization, indeed on the whole world. Your acknowledgment of this declaration is not required for the war to exist. It only takes one party to make war.”

One is reminded of the quote widely-attributed to Leon Trotsky, “You may not be interested in war, but war is interested in you.” Substitute the word “jihad” (holy war) for “war” and the meaning, vis-à-vis our adversaries, becomes quite clear.

It is well to remember that orthodox, mainstream Islam divides the world into two – and only two – spheres: Dar al-Islam (The House of Islam, also sometimes interpreted as the House of Peace or House of Submission) and Dar al-Harb (the House of War).

All Muslims, regardless of where they live, inhabit the former as members of the umma, or worldwide community of believers. All non-Muslims – the infidels and kafirs – regardless of where they reside, belong to the latter – and are subject to endless jihad until they are converted, killed or submit to the “one true faith.”

To restate, the non-Muslim is offered only a limited set of choices when he in under the control of Muslim rulers. He can be slain (killed), he can submit to Islamic rule and become a dhimmi (de facto slave) who pays the jizya tax, or he can convert to Islam. No other choices are offered; this is the rule of sharia (Islamic religious) law.

The only other avenue which lies open to the non-Muslim under threat from the soldiers of Allah is to resist, to fight, if necessary by force of arms – to remain free.

Europe lasted one-thousand years as a free and prosperous civilization not because of the mercy of Muslims, but because the skill at arms of European men. These men-at-arms beat back Islamic invaders at places such as the Battle of Tours in 732 in central France; at the Battle of Lepanto in 1571 in the Gulf of Corinth off western Greece; and at the Siege and Battle of Vienna in 1683, when the Christian armies of Polish King Jan III Sobieski beat back the invading Ottoman Turks intend upon conquering that city, the seat of the Holy Roman Empire.

Whether present-day European men still have a flicker of that martial spirit in them remains to be seen. Without it, they are doomed to fall to the Saracens and the Turks.
