I actually looked up the gun laws in DC; Zero reciprocity from any state, CCW is an 18 hour class with 2 hours at the range, 90 day wait, if you are driving thru, your firearm must be unloaded, locked up and in the trunk, can stop for any reason (gas, food), except when you are pulled over, and then must declare your firearm. Oh the folks who get a CCW there, most of the city is a no-carry zone, so you are pretty much screwed… No stand your ground, No open carry (Heaven forbid!) Yea our Founders must be spinning in their graves, they carried when they were in DC.
