How dare you peasants demand to know how we determine whether we will grant you the opportunity to bow on your knees to us – “Kneel before Zod,” but only if we deign to give permission first.
It is a privilege, not a right, for us to condescend to your level.

Codrea isn’t seeking the information for himself, so he’s not involved directly.
But,
He is seeking the information to disperse to the population so people in that conundrum will know the criteria by which they may seek restoration of their rights.
That said, Codrea is continually filing FOIA requests to make public that information which government wants kept sacrocanct.
I agree with his efforts and am a daily Reader of his blog THE WAR ON GUNS.
