Ruth Bader Ginsburg Is Dead

BY Herschel Smith

News.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, whose 27-year tenure as the second female justice on the U.S. Supreme Court culminated a legal career dedicated to advancing the rights of women, has died. She was 87.

Her death less than two months before the election gives President Donald Trump a chance to try to shift the already conservative court further to the right.

By their fruits you shall know them.

Q: “Are you talking about the distances women have to travel because in parts of the country, abortion is essentially unavailable, because there are so few doctors and clinics that do the procedure? And also, the lack of Medicaid abortions for poor women?”

Justice Ginsburg: “Yes, the ruling about that surprised me. [Harris v. McRae — in 1980 the court upheld the Hyde Amendment, which forbids the use of Medicaid for abortions.] Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of. So that Roe was going to be then set up for Medicaid funding for abortion.”

And more.

But, Justice Ginsburg explains, “When we no longer need people to keep muskets in their home, then the Second Amendment has no function, its function is to enable the young nation to have people who will fight for it to have weapons that those soldiers will own. So I view the Second Amendment as rooted in the time totally allied to the need to support a militia. So…the Second Amendment is outdated in the sense that its function has become obsolete.”

As for the Heller case, decided by the Court in 2008, Justice Ginsburg says, “If the Court had properly interpreted the Second Amendment, the Court would have said that amendment was very important when the nation was new; it gave a qualified right to keep and bear arms, but it was for one purpose only—and that was the purpose of having militiamen who were able to fight to preserve the nation.”

Battle axe.

This makes things doubly interesting in the next two months.

Murkowski has already said she will not vote for a new Justice until after the election. She probably won’t vote for anyone who would be a good Justice. Then we have Romney and Collins.

Fuck that bitch, I’m glad she’s gone. The 2nd A did NOT give anything. The BoR simply enumerated God Given Rights. Rights are not given. That’s why it wasn’t called the fucking Bill of Privileges. And this raggedy twat was supposed to be a brilliant legal mind? If she had a lick of sense, she would have stepped down when the magical negro was in the White House, and he could have slipped in another fellow traveler. She didn’t because she thought the White House belonged to the Democrats in perpetuity, Felonia Cankles Von Pantsuit being a lock, until she wasn’t. I wonder if she woke up on Nov. 9th, 2016, looked in the mirror, and said, oh, fuck me.

Not sure how she kept a straight face on that one. She knew what the intention was. She was evil.

I’m old enough to remember being taught in school that the Second Amendment was there so we could overthrow the government if it became oppressive.

Of course as kids we thought “But this is the United States. That could never happen here.”

Well, George1 just encapsulated my concerns: Unlike the Democrats who nearly always vote as a bloc, the Republicans aren’t nearly as unified.

Regardless, Trump should nominate a good Constitutionalist and get Mitch McConnell to do his damndest to push it through.

In Marbury vs Madison, the Supreme Court took it upon itself, without any legislative authorization, to decide what the laws passed by the Congress meant. The rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights pre-existed the government created by the Constitution, therefore those rights logically would not fall within that Court’s purview. Of course, that Court has treated the Bill of Rights as it does any other legislation, with the result that they may make pretense of nullification or infringement upon those “inherent and inalienable” rights without challenge from the citizenry or their putative representatives, and have done so for 219 years, so it just seems normal – and all of the history and law books say that it must be so. The only way to enforce those rights against a government which would infringe on them is for citizens to take appropriate action.

It would be nice if Trump nominated some rabidly pro-2nd originalist, but I doubt that’s going to happen. He is, after all, the guy who said “Get the guns first; due process later”, isn’t he? I mean… even Scalia, whom everyone thought was ‘far-right’, was so wishy-washy with respect to the 2nd that the decision in Heller might as well not have been entered.

I am certain Comrade Sanger greeted her in hell with relish and delight.

Clarence Thomas is the only reliable individual liberty justice on the court, all the rest will do as they are told. There is no solid bloc of “originalists” or small/less/no government stalwarts.

I am hoping that Amy Barrett is again on the short list. I am encouraged by her opposition to both abortion and state administered capital punishment which makes her philosophically consistent but concerned her Catholicism may trump her views in ruling on Constitutional issues. In the end, a singular mind as liberty oriented and oppositional to state power as Thomas will not pass the muster to even be considered now. In the history of Supremes, he is terribly unique.

But in the bigger picture, the Supremes have consistently rubber stamped government power, expansion and intrusion in private life.

Since 1937 in the case of West Coast Hotel vs. Parrish, which involved the constitutionality of a minimum wage law, the majority made it clear the Supreme Court would NEVER declare any measure that violated economic liberty to be unconstitutional. It has only accelerated in the wrong direction since Wickard v. Filburn (1942), the court has simply been a convenient intellectual buttress to state predation on individual liberty and freedom.

Even after the death of Comrade RBG, the court will continue to approve the most wicked and expansive increases in the power of the government against all peaceful and private human volition and agency.

Aaaaaahhh! . . . room temperature . . . so good for reptilian leftoxenomorphs! . . . In classical terms a “liberal” is someone who is in the side of liberty, freedom, openness and respect for others, exactly the opposite of the people the word is usually used for in the US: leftoxenomorphs. Among us “liberal” means collectivist, communist, progressive, bullshitsectional, leftoxenomorph, feminazi, commie fascist and a long list of other well reserved names. “Liberal” to refer to leftoxenomorphs is another in a long list of chameleon like attempts by leftoxenomorphs to disguise their moral nature by appropriating words and notions that mean the opposite of what they stand for like “tolerance” and “free speech” and being “against racism” when their fascist ways are absolutely intolerant, in favor of censorship and utterly racist. A liberal is an enemy of America, an enemy of decency, an enemy of common sense and an enemy of humanity. Liberals abhor anything healthily human and side with corruption, disease, squalor, dystopia, torture, brainwashing, cancel culture, the SJW NPC outrage mob, national socialism, tyranny, genocide and whatever is bad for human life. Liberals side in meat space with nazi germany, soviet russia, communist china, communist cambodia, communist cuba and the list goes on. There is not a tyrant they don’t love because all their wet dreams are about being a tyrant. And today’s liberals are a among the most anti-Semitic and Jew-hating animals on the landscape making themselves undistinguishable from your garden variety swastika licking neo-nazis and never missing any suitable opportunity to attack anything Jewish and Israel with the spittle spraying abandon of those affected with rabies. Liberals have one doubt: “do I hate America more than Israel or Israel more than America? . . . ooooooohhhh! . . . WTF?!! . . . I hate them both!!” The worst animals roaming free the 21st century American political landscape are well deserving of the term “liberal” as it is mistakenly used here. Ruth Bader Ginsburg was a liberal, a leftoxenomorph and a feminazi. She was a collectivist and she was against everything that makes America great. We are so much better without her. She was a perfect example of a Jew who chooses to side with the very people that make hating Jews and everything Jewish a fundamental sacrament of their cult of social-justice and the church of Baal social justice Moloch. Why so many Jews make this choice has to be found close to the notions of moral and psychological corruption and self-hate. My very modest take on them is that in order to turn leftoxenomorph a Jew has first to abandon her Jewishness because, by definition, leftoxenomorphs hate Jews. Can it be put in simpler terms? Ruth Bader Ginsburg was nominated to SCOTUS by Bill Clinton. She was in favor of forcing females into the military to the detriment of everything the military should stand for. She was in favor of forcing employers to pay their female employees against their own judgment to… Read more »

Herschel,

What do you make of this intense hatred direct at Judge Amy Barrett by Slate?

* https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2020/09/amy-coney-barrett-ginsburg-scotus-future.html

“There is no question that, if confirmed, Barrett would cast the fifth vote to either hollow out Roe v. Wade or overturn it altogether. Similarly, there is no doubt that Barrett would dramatically expand the Second Amendment, invalidating gun control measures around the country. It’s quite possible, perhaps even likely, that within a year of her confirmation, Americans will be forbidden from terminating a pregnancy in 21 states—but permitted to purchase assault weapons and carry firearms in public in every state.”

We already have ALL the rights in the Bill of Rights. They are pre-existing and inalienable! The 2nd Amendment was not written to give us a right. WE HAVE IT. It, like all the others are there to protect AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT violating or infringing on them. The Federal Government has NO delegated power for any gun laws pertaining to the People. It only has delegated power “for governing such part of them (the militia) as may be EMPLOYED in its service.” (Article I, Section 8.16). That is why the 2nd Amendment references “militia” in its sentence in the first subordinate clause. “Militia” must grammatically agree with “the People” in the main clause. The People, armed citizens by RIGHT, are the militia. And the government has NO POWER over them except when they are EMPLOYED in its service. ALL gun laws pertaining to the People are UNLAWFUL!

If these judges have a basic understanding of English grammar and read the Constitution IN CONTEXT, this is obvious!

Typical. The constitution cannot properly be understood or interpreted in the absence of a full reading and understanding of the federalist papers, antifederalist papers and the various writings of the framers.

Feminism is cancer. It takes some research to understand just how bad Ginsberg was. From her book “Sex Bias in the U.S. Code”:

The age of consent for sexual acts must be lowered to 12
years old.

“Eliminate the phrase ‘carnal knowledge of any female, not
his wife, who has not attained the age of 16 years’ and
substitute a federal, sex-neutral definition of the offense. . .
A person is guilty of an offense if he engages in a sexual act
with another person, . . . [and] the other person is, in fact,
less than 12 years old.” (p. 102)

Regardless who is confirmed, our rights were abrogated long ago by Marbury v. Madison, as pointed out above. Anyone on this forum who is not ready to go full Mel Gibson, will be swept aside. It is already apparent in many jurisdictions across this corrupt, syphilitic country that the Orcs and Orcettes with badges will serve their paymasters and the BOR be damned. As more and more facts are presented about this Globo-homo scamdemic, this was a test run by the Illuminati to see how the Sheeple would react. The (((MSM))) refuses to report on the results in Sweden.
We are somewhat fortunate here in Winterfell(North Idaho). The local Police Chiefs and Sheriffs came out publicly, declaring they were not the mask police. The southern part of the Gem State is pretty much in the thrall of expats from Commiefornia and other Blue Hives. I won’t waste any more time speculating on SCOTUS. Beans and tomatoes need to be picked and then it is range time. Bleib ubrig, one and all.

Dweezil, Good to see that you’re still with us brother, hang in there! No kidding about that; it’s just like Ken Royce put forth in his book, “Hologram of Liberty” but, hey, how many of the ‘parchment worshipers’ are going to read it and have their precious civ-nat mythology upended by reality (i.e. you can believe your lying eyes or what you hear from your political ward captain…). Yeah, Gibson got hammered and then thrown under the bus; it’s the “if you want to know who rules over you, ask who you CAN’T criticize.” situation. Not at all surprised that it was NADLER who recently was caught on camera saying, “Oh those riots in Portland are all right wing conspiracy fake news.” Of course no one except those of us who understand how all this REALLY works, think that if drumphschtick “just puts in another conservative into scotus, all will be fine!” [since WHEN has a ‘conservative’ EVER conserved anything?!?]. They [with the exception of Bill Buppert and the aforementioned] don’t understand that scrotum is just ANOTHER organ/part of the dirty globalist homo/pedo bankster controlled organism that controls what’s left of the raped and cannibalized country called ‘America’ (raped for it’s youth to throw into foreign wars and cannibalized financially by the same “Hostile Elites” that call “The City of London” and israel their homes). “Voting”…yeah, “voting” is going to save everyone and make everything peachy keen again!!…NOT!! For those new to all of this, “voting” is WHAT got us all into this shitty pale of toxic garbage filled with crabs..and the other crabs in the pail WILL do all they can to pull the smart crabs back down into the muck with them!! Case in point; folks like ‘Dirk’ who totally trash anyone who dares to talk about the fact that voting accomplishes nothing yet thinks it’s ok to openly talk about such acts as hitting the local food distribution hubs to grab anything not nailed down, or making attacks on the railroads to then loot and scavange the freight cars…all the while larping on his ‘assault rascal’ leading his local ‘Maqui’ to victory…good going there ace…NOT!!!! It’s no surprise to me that as Ned mentioned above that ruthie (as an attorney for the commie backed ‘aclu’) had written a position paper that advised lowering the age of consent to 12. She was fully in proper position with both her tribes ‘talmud’, which mentions that a non-jewish girl child (or even boy) CAN be used sexually by an ad adult male jew with NO onus or criminal liability whatsoever. She was also following her tribes subtle push via “media/entertainment” in their subtle decades long push to ‘normalize’ pedophilia…just as they had done with ‘normalizing’ homosexuality (notice that Alvin Toffler, in both his book and documentary about it, “Future Shock” that he openly spoke about ‘homosexual marriage’ being eventually seen as normal, and accepted..I’m sure that the other was on his mind..but “that was a bridge too far” to be… Read more »

Hersch,

If you personally DIDN’T understand what was being discussed by me in the above post, you may want to get outside for a bit of refreshing sunshine..looks to me like you’re looking a bit pale there son…kind of NPC’sh if you will.

As to “voting”, it’s still Kabuki Theater bs put on by the (((usual suspects)))
for the usual deceive/distract and divide ops they ALWAYS run..but the cud
chewing normies will STILL duitifully file into the Uniparty’s shute #1 or #2
to be ‘processed’…smart move is to say, “It’s a goddamn slaughterhouse!
Fuck that shit!!” and go fully ‘off rez’ and NEVER have anything to do with
it!

Whether drumphschtic ‘wins’ or ‘sleepy joe’ wins, absolutely
NO difference to me whatsoever as they’re both meat-based
sock puppets that are danced before the generally dumb sheep
by the globo homo/pedo banksters..just like the Uniparty DOESN’T
support or represent ANYONE here. It’s THEIR club..and we AREN’T
in it, to quote George Carlin.

4 more years..yeah, that’d be nice… But one should NEVER
count on things staying ‘stable’ especially with the commie clown
driven passenger train that America’s become. So 4 years, good
if it happens..but DON’T expect it…

Nov 3rd?…go out and do some long range shooting practice..much more
productive.
