Mid-Term Election Discussion

BY Herschel Smith
5 days, 14 hours ago

Take advantage of this as a free thread to discuss the mid-term elections.  I’ll kick it off to observe that we always knew that Trump gave us more time, an oasis in what is still a very dry desert.

Remember that approximately half of the country is still collectivist and thinks of the state as god.  Marx and Freud did their jobs well in the colleges, as did Horace Mann in the public school system.  Coupled with an anemic and powerless church who refused to teach their congregants theology and instead fed them crumbs and sweet snacks, and it makes for a country that cannot be turned.

America is divided, and it will remain so.  Even now, the lines are hardening.

Rep. Chris Collins, (R) New York is under indictment on Federal chargers of Insider Trading, has been reelected.

Dennis Hoff, (R) deceased (yes he’s dead), primary occupation; Pimp, has been elected to a Nevada state assembly seat.

Maxine Waters, (D) Can’t do arithmetic (yes, it’s true), will be the new Chairman of the US House Financial Services Committee, that overseas US banks and banking. Heard to have said on live TV, We need to Socialize, er, basically take over.

Duncan Hunter (R), California, under indictment, Won reelection for a sixth term in one of the most ‘conservative’ districts in his state.

I could go on but y’all get the point. The ground cries out with the blood of 70 million dead babies. The ATF can now ban any thing and Red Flag laws are proliferating. In two years did the R’s do anything about these Civil Rights other make them worse? Tick Tock.

Additionally, as I’ve said elsewhere, it is my considered opinion that any attrition to the red power base is due primarily to the actions/inactions of neo-cons, RINOs, and “NeverTrump”ers.

Well, who would you prefer to vote for? A dead republican pimp or a democrat? Hof’s corpse took 68% of the vote. Apparently the voters liked him. Even better, the seat will stay in republican control. Morbid but funny.

A lot depends on whether Pelosi can muster the support to reclaim the Speakership. I don’t think she’s a shoe-in. The new blood – and some of the old blood – wants to see new blood in charge. Pelosi isn’t it.

Trump had fewer net seats (house & senate) flipped on him than either Clinton, Bush 43 or especially Obama. I think that bodes well for him going into 2020.

Trump will just sit back and keep appointing justices and a few other things for the next two years. When the economy tanks and/or legislation becomes stalemated, he’ll just point the finger at Pelosi (or whoever) & Company and place the blame squarely upon them for wasting their time and energies on useless Mueller 2.0 inquiries and fake impeachments. 2020 will show up and the dems will crash and burn.

Moe, would I rather what, smegma or puke? What I would rather is that a nation and a civilization built upon the Primary Canon of the Holy Bible were still my people. That’s what I would rather. My commentary was demonstrative of a sign of the times. The followers of satan can have all the dead pimps they want to rule over them. One idol is the same as another for purposes of this topic. Tick Tock

    How enlightened.

A few other things like continuing to troll his opponents to and past the point of madness, not like most of them aren’t already near it. Heard he made a point of going through the list of defeated Congressional Republicans who’d shown him the back side of their hand, made an extra point with Mia Love, who’d called him frequently about some Latin American hostage situation and then refused campaign help. Summed it up by saying, “Too bad, Mia.”

Note also how he’s stolen much of the oxygen of the Democrats’ victory by firing Sessions less than 24 hours after the first polls closed, and removing Rosenstein as the “supervisor” of Mueller’s “investigation”. It’s also good to be lucky, the rope they gave Acosta to hang himself paid off at a perfect time, and the MSM is going bonkers about that as well. The next two years are going to be interesting.
