The Collapse Of The Government Narrative On The Las Vegas Shooting

BY Herschel Smith
6 years, 5 months ago

The internet is swirling with possible scenarios for things that could have happened.  I’ve seen a lot of them and won’t rehearse them here.  It isn’t necessary to rehearse what might have been, what could have been, what’s possible, and what is feasible, in order to understand that the government narrative is infeasible.

For me there are two pieces of evidence that point conclusively to the fact that this didn’t go down the way the FBI says it went down.  Everyone who has operated guns for a long while, like I have, had to ask themselves the following question: “If God forbid I decided to perpetrate something evil like this, what would that room have looked like when I was finished?”

The answer for most knowledgeable and sensible people is this: “Not like that.”  Not at all like that.  After firing so many rounds from rifles, the curtains, my face, my clothing, the carpet, the bedding, and just about everything else, would have been so covered with carbon and lead deposits that the dominant colors would have been black and grey in any photograph.  I know this from range time, and you do too.

Moreover, I probably would have been wearing eye protection, as I know what it’s like to shoot with brass, lead, carbon and other such things flying around.  That room looked like the maid had just been there and cleaned everything but the body lying on the floor.  No carbon, very little brass (there would have been a mountain of brass, along with spent casings everywhere), and no flesh from the head penetration to the shooter when he was killed.

The second piece of evidence for me is even more convincing.  Watch this video, and listen and watch extra carefully at about the 12:00 mark.

While I don’t agree that the video demonstrates that any of these firearms are belt-fed or crew serve weapons, or suppressed, there is no mistaking one fact.  He points out a moment in the video where two or more shooters must be shooting.  There is no other way to interpret that video.  Many of the suppositions in other posts, entries, discussion forums and threads have multiple explanations or plausible alternative possibilities.  This one doesn’t.  There are at least two shooters at that moment.

This all means one thing.  Fedgov is lying to you about what happened.  I don’t know what happened that night, and as I said I would need to be wrapped into the process to know (autopsy reports, crime scene access, time to study all of the videos, opportunity to interview the eyewitnesses, and so on).  But I don’t have to tell you what happened in order to tell you that the government account didn’t happen.

It didn’t go down the way they said it went down, with one lone shooter firing bump fire stock AR-15s from one vantage point for no reason under the sun except that he lost gambling money (or whatever).  Their story is a lie.  Hopefully the truth will come out, but I’m not holding my breath.

I’ve watched the video he is analyzing repeatedly. Having spent a couple deployments on one end of a two way firing range, my opinion is that the “controlled bursts,” he is referencing are actually bullets that are still supersonic going by close enough to be heard.

The reason why it sounds like there are two bursts is because the shooter wasn’t able to create a tight cone of fire or wasn’t attempting to do so. Perhaps choosing to try and put effects onto as much of the target as possible.

The apparent difference in rate of fire is simply due to the time it takes for the sound of the gunfire (distance the shooter is firing from) vs. the diminished distance from the camera of the sound of the bullets traveling. I’ve always described small caliber rounds that are still supersonic as sounding rather “snappy.”

My completely unsolicited opinion, that’s what we are hearing.

Don’t get me wrong, there are still too many unknowns to rule out anything, but in this case I have to respectfully disagree with both you (which doesn’t happen often) as well as the maker of the video you referenced.

Lets be realistic about this everyone… One fat guy who is in his mid 60’s did not do all of this by himself. The rate of fire that was being put out was not the deciding factor of this for me, but the consistency of that rate over the amount of TIME. While in the Marines (in my prime) I could have managed doing that kind of carnage sure, but that was in my early 20’s. The amount of time spent on the range in Lejuene and 1000’s upon 1000’s of rounds did not prepare me for the physical abuse of doing that kind of firing. Even while in my prime, I still would have had difficulty even readying my weapon from the adrenaline surging through my veins, along with putting effective rounds downrange. Physiological things happen in the human body when in a situation like this, things that by just going to a firing range will not prepare you for. The only way you prepare for this physiologic change in the body is by putting yourself in a situation as close to reality as you can, over and over and over and over again. Only then are you able to MANAGE this type of chemical change of the body. Note that I did not say counteract, or stop; I said MANAGE. This chemical change in the body happens regardless if you’ve trained for it or not, and I have a hard time believing that 1 fat, old guy who looks like he was an alcoholic was able to conjure this up by himself.
I also would like to point out another topic that nobody has touched on that I feel is very important. The issue of security…..
The first topic I would like to discuss (I will try to keep this brief, I am in the middle of studying for a nursing school exam right now) is how Americans or politicians alike actually think that having police as security is going to stop anything. We have all forgotten what the police force is used for: Maintaining Law and Order. Police officers are not professional security. They lack the experience and the education that is required to effectively utilize threat assessments. One example of this would be the use of a contracting company “Triple Canopy”. Triple Canopy are professional, prior military personnel who make a living off of providing security for high profile events, convoys, military instillations, etc. This company would have assessed threat levels, and I would wager one of the first things they would have had to deal with would be the “vantage points” that a combatant could use. The company could have set up spotters , a few sharpshooters, and obviously concert security within the complex. They would have been able to do this, with less money spent and less boots on the ground than a police force could have ever been able to achieve. Threat levels on the ground were minimal compared to vantage points, as a bomb would have been more effective, and “gunning your way into a concert” would have been met with swift action from highly trained professionals. I also would wager that most of the police were either off duty, or just wanted to watch a free concert.
I support our police force through and through, they literally stand between us and darkness every day ( i am not going to debate good police over bad police, that is not the topic of this post); but they are not professionals with the tactics of weapon handling, or fire and maneuver. Understandably, that is not the purpose of a police force. It would be questionable as to why they would need such proficiency with weapon handling, and fire team tactics.
When you start blurring the lines of maintaining law and order, with military tactics, you start to cross into an area where peoples liberties are put in jeopardy.
To sum this all up (I really need to get back to studying) police officers are not professional security contractors. Americans and politicians need to focus on what really matters, instead of pushing political agendas. If they truly believe that a police force could provide security just as good as a contracting company, then they should reign in the Secret Service for private security and just employ the local towns police force: that includes the President, he too should use only police for his security. Do you guys see what I am getting at? Why hasn’t there been an attack like this against a politician, or the white house? The reason is not because of the military deterrent that would inevitably follow, but the fact that the Secret Service personnel are professional security.

I agree. His argument is basically, “It takes 3 seconds to empty a 30-round magazine on full-auto. The bursts were closer to 10 seconds. Therefore, it could not have been a AR-pattern, either full-auto or bump stock.”

He makes a decent point, except for one small detail: The piles and piles of 100-round magazines found in the room.

If it takes 3 seconds to empty a 30-round magazine, it would take longer to empty a 100-round magazine. Around … oh, I don’t know … 10 seconds.

I’m not entirely convinced there must have been two or more shooters based on the overlapping sounds (Poncho makes a good point above), but I’m not convinced there weren’t, either. I don’t, however, trust the “official account” any farther than I can throw the entire LVMPD SWAT team.

As I said in another comment to another post here, there are simply too many gun-grabber “nightmares” coming true all at once — in the most bizarre ways — to blindly accept as coincidence.

I understand that this is a subject of interest to you, but I have no explanation for you. My own opinion is that, if it were a staged operation, authorities responsible will put out many different explanations on the Internet, so that skeptics will be divided by their choices of the explanation. In other words, multiple conspiracy theories will kill unity of skepticism that possibly could produce a full account.

All I can tell you is that I consulted a US Marine sniper and a 27-year police veteran who has conducted many investigations. They say they would like to see daytime crime scene photos of the kill zone showing blood trails and blood pools and would like to see examinations of the bullets striking the ground showing trajectories and direction(s) of fire. They agree with me that if such a massacre took place, evidence would be everywhere. Why don’t we see it? Suspicions should be dispelled by abundant evidence, not created by withholding evidence.”

Right now, with the evidence I’ve reviewed, there was one shooter and only one shooter.

Some appear to forget that the room had substantial HVAC and had two windows pounded out. Just guessing, based on my 30 years in the US military, is that most of the brass and all of the soot went out the window. Though it’s alleged that the smoke detector for the room was triggered, I’ve seen no evidence of the accuracy of that statement.

For those that think a 64 year old man could not have brought up all those firearms and ammo in 4 days ought to rethink that notion.

You could be right. As for Poncho’s observations, because of the difference in cadence I don’t find his argument convincing. I maintain that I believe there was more than one shooter.

As to the issue of “substantial HVAC,” I don’t know what that means. The design engineers would have followed ASHRAE standards. If you consider that “substantial,” then very well. It wouldn’t be more or less than anywhere of similar design.

Maybe a dumb question, it looks like he used two different rooms. The main suite on the corner was a 2bed suite, but the other broken window is in another room – adjoining sure, but did the guy rent it, let himself in? You’d expect to see more brass in the room, it, given the angles and if he has the rifle oriented a lot of brass could have tumbled outside. Should be thousands of casings under the windows, brass don’t fly that far (unless you’re on the range, then it can fly amazingly far… into your shirt.) this might account for lack of gunfire residue, if the weapons were out the window, and the breath oriented outdoors. That said, unknown outweighs the known so far, and the stories from official sources are thin. Also, the timeline is he started shooting 10:05pm, and police breached the room about 11:20? Timeline also says shots stopped about 10:20.

I can tell you why the their story is crap. Slide-fires, I’ve shot them a lot. Don’t work off a bi-pod. You can make them work with a 100 rnd mag. But not at that angle. Weight and gravity mess with recoil. Which the 5.56 has little enough of on the level. Recoil is the most important part in making a slide fire work. On that angle with that much weigh he would have been using a very frustrating semi- auto.
Ak-47’s work great with 75 rnd drums, on a slide-fire. Except their furniture catch fire about a 100 rnds in. No AK’s at the seen?
Hit ratio, 1 in 3 rnds?(good shooting, even in a crowd) = 1500 rnds total. No 64 year old bicep is going pump 1500 rnds. through a slide-fire in 10 mins. he would be lucky to get 3 mags done before his arm quit acting as the spring.
It didn’t happen folks. We can go hours poking holes. Its to easy.
Is it just me, or is black ops just getting sloppy in their old age?

The million dollar question is whether he was alone when the shooting started, and at what point in time did LVMPD seal the corridor and stairwell, preventing anyone in those rooms from exiting.

Pumping out that many rounds was an exercise in swapping loaded 100-rd. Surefire mags; nothing taxing about that. On full-auto they empty in 9-10 seconds from an AR platform; bump fire is somewhat slower.
A dozen magazines takes two minutes of actual firing, plus added time to change them out, and time to change weapons or window shooting positions, and he could easily make the entire thing happen in five-six minutes, even all by himself.

As for powder and residue, it was very likely the first salvo that set the alarms off, but once he had two open window holes, most of the firing residue and smoke are likely going out the holes; one of them was almost the size of a 4’x8′ sheet of plywood, and the pressure from the HVAC would more likely push air out, not suck it in. Either way, it’s a helluva breeze on the 32nd floor.

As there are no legit muzzle flashes seen on the videos out there, I don’t think he (or whoever was shooting) was sticking the muzzle out in the breeze; reports were that he had set up “shooting platforms”. The angle to target was about -15 degrees. For a guy shooting offhand, no rest, he (at about 6′) could have been 15′ back from the floor-to-ceiling window and still had full view of his impact area.
I haven’t seen any photos of the second adjoining room (and yes, that was the room he’d originally checked into, while waiting for the wrap-around Vista Suite to open up, which MBH comped him into on Saturday). The two rooms gave him a nearly 180 degree panorama from the freeway on the east side to McCarran Airport on the west.
He was at the end of the northern leg of the Mandalay Bay; if N is 12 o’clock, the concert festival venue is at about 1-2 o’clock.

I have read (but have no photographic proof) that he shoot more from the adjoining bedroom (which was on the W side), so there might be a lot more brass there than in the big suite.

I (and anybody) also have no idea if any, and how many, pieces of brass may have already been collected and tagged when the few photos we have seen were taken.

So unless somebody has pristine photo views of all rooms before anything was moved, and an inventory of how many, and where, brass was recovered, guessing on that point is pure speculation on incomplete data.

The bigger issue is Paddock himself; we still have no motive whatsoever.

And the only thing anyone can say authoritatively is that Paddock was the dead guy found there after all the shooting was done, and no one entered or left once the PD secured the hallway at about 15 minutes in, until SWAT breached at 72 minutes.

Between the time the shooting started, and a security guard approached the room, anybody else and any number of anybodies could have come and gone, with no one the wiser. That’s about 5-8 minutes. It was 12-15 minutes (unless anyone’s seen a crisper timeline) before LVMPD arrived, were shot at, and retreated to the central elevator lobby, sealing that entire wing off. But between somebody (no one knows who, and no one ever will) wounding an MBH security guard, his immediate retreat, and the first arrival of LVMPD officers, there’s a second time window during which one or an entire clowncar of additional shooters could have exited the rooms and departed into the wind, because the corridor was unsecured.

Everything else about this just leads to eleventy-dozen unanswered questions and WTFs.

And BTW, current tally is he evidently only hit 197 people out of however many rounds he launched, or almost 1% of his potential targets. The other 400 or so victims were trampling, falls, bruises, etc. suffered from targets un-assing his impact zone.

No matter what, we’re being lied to, about things which nobody knows, and for reasons nobody knows. But even the media is starting to notice that nothing adds up.

The speed of sound is constant. Distance can not change the time period between 2 audio events.

Frequency tends to roll off on the high end quickly through distance and reflection.

If the rounds purported to be a second shooter are actually supersonic rounds, then they must match exactly in timing a burst that sounds distant.

I would love a few of these recordings, without YouTube audio compression, and get them loaded in an editor. Sync them up, look at frequency, waveform. Compare. Some of the recordings, I’m hearing a weapon that sounds like it is putting out lower frequencies than 5.56. Distance and reflection will not add low end, create audio that did not exist at the source. Distance and reflection will only roll of the high end.

Call me crazy, call me dramatic, call me whatever you want. I’m posting this for those of us who were on the strip Sunday night, who know what we saw and what we were told by police officers, security guards, and even the local news when all of this madness started. And I am posting this in hopes of informing others who have believed everything they’ve seen on the news. If while leaving the Cosmopolitan, we had been told there was one shooting at the Mandalay Bay, Anthony and I would have not been worried for our lives and we would have continued to go out, knowing we weren’t headed to that particular area of the strip. But that’s not what we were told. We were told that there were 7 confirmed shooters, and confirmed deaths at multiple hotels. Including Bellagio, the Aria and New York New York. Being told this by a security guard, who then told us to go to the third floor for safety. However, Anthony says, “No Rikki. This is a very popular hotel, I don’t feel like the third floor of this popular hotel in public is the safest place. We’re going to try and get out of here right now.” Running back to our hotel next door, Vdara, we are told once again by police/security checking our id and room key, “yes multiple hotels effected. Go to your room and do not leave.” We then get to the room, immediately turn on the news and start watching out of our windows to figure out what is going on. The news also states, live, that the Bellagio had been effected and there was one confirmed death.

“Now… skip ahead about an hour. The news is no longer stating anything about the other hotels affected. They say it is one person. Every bit of info that was being initially given to us was disappearing. We could physically see from our window view, fire alarms going off at the cosmopolitan, and multiple cop cars and ambulances pulling up there as well. We wanted more information about what was happening at these other hotels right next to us, and we weren’t getting it. And we still aren’t.

“Monday morning I am of course telling my friends and family about our experience, and I was starting to really feel like I was crazy. Everyone was telling me there was only one shooter, and I just couldn’t understand what I had seen. Finally, other people like myself started speaking out. I was relieved to know that I wasn’t crazy, but now just as confused as to why the media is trying to hide this information.”

Why haven’t they? I can only guess that Paddock’s motive presents a problem for the permanent state. My guess is that Paddock targeted a specific subset of the American population. Country music fans are (usually) white, Christian, conservatives. Who would target that group? Islamists or the far American Left are the two groups that come to my mind. Segments of our government have already revealed their desire to protect both of those groups. Finally, whoever Paddock was, he was one evil son of a bitch.

By substantial HVAC I mean enough AC, it’s Vegas after all, to keep a 1700 sq. foot room cool. I room with lots of floor to ceiling glass. A reasonable assumption is that the room had at least one, maybe two, thermostats which would have commanded the air handling equipment to compensate for the loss of cool air out the windows (and in flow of hot Vegas air) with the glass removed.

As for muzzle flashes, lots of powders produce very low flash. I don’t know what rounds he was using, so this is an unanswered question. Almost all military ammo for the M16 uses ball powder, IMR stick powder produces bright muzzle flashes, worse, it leaves lots of powder residue and was one of the problems with the early Vietnam ammo. But that’s a side issue in my opinion.

With just the 16 Surefire magazines visible in multiple photos, he’d have 1,600 rounds ready to fire. That’s a lot of rounds down range. Anyone know the rounds fired count yet?

This isn’t a positive pressure room like a clean room or a control room at a nuclear power plant with HEPA and charcoal filtration. Flow is what it is. The Tstat would have allowed supply air to continue to run, but it maxes out at some point, even if it’s a VAV (variable air volume) with VAV modulating dampers. [I suspect if it’s VAV it is zoned VAV, not room-specific due to cost]. There is supply, and return. There isn’t anything else. It will all be at some fixed amount.

Indoor ranges have ventilation too. There is still lead, smoke and carbon everywhere, at least at several I shoot at. Moreover, it’s possible that there are fusable links in the supply ductwork, or even smoke isolation of the supply air.

    Anyway …

I have over thirty years experience working in ERs and have seen quite a few gunshot wounds. The wounds I saw from interviews and pictures aren’t what I would expect. One guy was shot in the leg on Sunday night, by Tuesday morning he’s giving an interview to Today outside a casino. Or the guy supposedly shot in the neck, sitting quietly in the ER with a small gauze bandage on. A niece of a friend was there, was supposedly shot six times in the torso and was out of the hospital in two days. A 5.56 traveling close to 3000 fps leaves some pretty horrible injuries, its not something you recover from in two or three days.

My guess is that one shooter was firing very frangible ammo that would easily break apart. A second shooter had standard ammo with orders to take out a limited number of concert goers.

There was police audio linked to one of the scanner webs, like radio reference or something on zero hedge. The police ID’d the alleged shooter’s floor (32nd) 41 seconds into the recording (about 10:08 pm per the recording). Ok, there’s speedy and then there’s scripted. they also mentioned the injured security guard and several shootings at the various hotels mentioned here and formed several “strike” teams to check the locations based on the additional incoming calls. Also noticed this actually stopped being the news header/lead story at Faux and FNN by Friday (yesterday). Nobody is talking about this, at least in my neck of the woods. The ridiculousness of it all is not lost on the very people it was supposed to outrage. Wait. They’re shooting at county concerts now, well maybe we should give up our guns, not! All the cell phone footage is crap, 10-30 sec vids which show nothing of any value to the discerning eye, except it shows very carefully shows nothing of any value to the discerning eye. Lights on during the active shooting videos but then out when showing news pics of the “killing” ground littered with nothing but trash, how unbelievably convenient. No daytime shots of the place where the two LVMPD guys lost their lives? I’ll say right off I haven’t a clue how they pulled it off, but I’m not sure they actually pulled anything off.

The investigation of the shooting in Las Vegas continues. A crime scene so massive and with so many different scenarios will be completely covered and no question will go unanswered. Sheriff Joseph Lombardo is doing a masterful job and both he and other investigators have worked countless hours attempting to find out the what and why of what happened.
As always, we will not get all the answers that the American people are seeking. In the aftermath of the worst mass shooting in American history it is imperatives that the answers are clear, concise and honest. I am convinced that at the end of all the investigations, and the media has moved on to the next major story, there will still be questions about why this happened and how did it happen.
Questions remain, some may be just conspiracy and some may be factual. In either case, they are questions that need to be answered. One question is that the authorities are stating that Paddock did not check in until September 28th. A question arises when individuals who work at the Mandalay Bay assert that Paddock ordered room service on the 27th for two people. Who was that other person and why are authorities stating that Paddock did not check in until the 28th? Sources at the Mandalay Bay are claiming that Paddock actually checked in on the 25th.
Paddock, an out of shape former accountant with no military training is not capable of pulling this off by himself. With no experience in guns, ho could he have fired as rapidly and accurately as he did. As a military veteran and have experience with fully automatic weapons, they can be hard to control, jam easily and tend to overheat. Using an automatic weapon effectively takes extensive training and experience in the use of such weapons. Being a retired accountant senior citizen, I do not understand how Paddock had the skill or the stamina to fire for so long. The overheating is also a reason why suppressors (silences in Hillarys vernacular) are never used on such weapons. They have a tendency to melt and more quickly jam the gun.
How is law enforcement convinced that there was only one shooter? There are pictures that clearly show rifle fire from a lower window. And why are there recordings of law enforcement talking of another possible suspect on the fourth floor?
At the scene of the crime, why were all the exits blocked. Those 22,000 happy concert goers found themselves trapped, with ability to get out or to seek cover. The ten foot walls kept the multitude of people in the fire zone with no way out.
I have been to Las Vegas many times, living in Southern California and I can not understand how anyone, much less Paddock can carry so many weapons and ammunition into a room without being seen.
Even Trey Gowdy, the no nonsense Representative from South Carolina is skeptical. In Rep. Gowdy’s words, he is skeptical that the amount of premeditation and can not believe that a single person could have done this without assistance.
Further questions include: why so many rifles and weapons if there was only one shooter. Were the rifles that were there for another shooter? Were they all Paddock’s weapons and was he funded by others to have that so many weapons?
Paddock was found dead in his room by a self inflicted gunshot wound. Law enforcement states that he shot himself when they blew the door open to his room. Is there a ballistic report on the bullet that killed him that will close out that part of the investigation?
The broken windows on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay are the supposed site where the firing of the bullets that killed 58 people took place. Automatic weapons have a very pronounced flash, why were there no flashes from the 32nd floor? I have not heard whether flash suppressors were used, but even then there would be some flash. There are purported to be flashes from the 4th floor, but that has not been confirmed. The audio of the online videos and other videos it clearly be heard overlapping gunfire from two different weapons. Barring any further explanation, how can Paddock be responsible for all the carnage.
Paddock has no criminal history in either federal, state or local law enforcement. He had no affiliation with any activist group that is known of, although there are reports that Antifa literature may have been found in his room. Paddock was not politically active, or even religiously affiliated. Paddock did not have the ability of the meticulously planning, coordination or funding an attack such as this.
The final question I have is – has the Australian man, Brian Hodge, who was in the room next to Paddock been interviews and will that investigation be made public? He as stated “There were multiple shooters, and this same gentleman also provided information about the shooting that took the life of a security guard, supposedly shot by law enforcement.
Or another witness also from Australia, Wendy Miller who was staying next to the Mandalay Bay at the Luxor, where she described the security police chasing a Security Guard, or someone dressed as one, down the escalator that comes from the Mandalay Bay to the Luxor. Is there any information about this being given to the public about this.
These are questions that may be factual and need to be cleared by the end of the investigation. There are those that are already declaring this a “false flag” operation that is meant to lead to further gun control and eventually to a civil war. Hopefully Law Enforcement, both local and federal are aware of all these anomalies to the description they want the public to believe. Attention must be paid to those who are doing the investigation.

In regards to the length of the bursts fired by the shooter. The guy in the video thinks it was a belt fed. I recall seeing a Surefire 60 round mag in one of the AR’s lying on the floor of the room in the leaked photos. Maybe he had a couple Beta 100 rounder’s? What is the rate of fire of the slide fire as compared to real full auto fire? I do not know but I would think the slide fire would cycle a bit little slower than true full auto. Couple that with 60-100 round magazines and you can get 10-12 second bursts like those heard in the videos. Just my thoughts.

Herschel, How thick are aviation fuel tanks? 1/4″ plate or better?
Anyone ever heard of a 5.56 going through 1/4″ plate or better at 650 yrds.? I haven’t either.
But our comic book senior citizen terrorist managed to pull it off! 2,000 ft. from the hotel to the tanks.
This whole thing is 151 proof BOHICA!

    @MTHead,

I feel fairly certain that 5.56mm would not penetrate 1/4″ steel at 650 yards. What did you read that caused you to pose the question?

That said, I don’t know the thickness of aviation fuel tanks. Some enterprising researcher could look this up for us.

  41. On October 8, 2017 at 9:46 pm, MTHead said:

I had heard that he had shot some fuel tanks at the airport, from his room. Google search proved up on it.
2000 ft. from room to tanks, 660 yrds. more or less. Even a 75 gr. bullet 2700 fps muzzle. Is going 1425 fps. at 650, 360 ft. pounds energy. Ain’t going to get it done.
I was in heavy construction most of my life. Never seen a large tank built with less 1/4″ steel.

John V. go and look at the picture of the dead “shooter”. Its clear the guy was shot upward through left side solarplex. His shirt is kind of folded, but you can see a hole and shirt has so kind of fluid below it. He flopped on the floor and puked blood out his mouth. Theirs a revolver above his head. Strange place for a pistol you shoot your self in the ribcage up through the heart and lungs with. If that was the gun.
And if he did shoot himself as the police breached. They left him to bleed out without moving him. Strange.
