		<description><![CDATA[According to gun expert and blogger Bob Owens the insta check is not possible unless you have a federal firearms license number.  As the acting AG during the Clinton Admin, Holder illegally kept records of the insta checks.  BTW so did DE.  No one was ever prosecuted.  So instead of registration, we will have government keeping computer records on who purchased firearms.  Friends are not purchasing ammo on line for fear of the government tracking weapons by who buys ammo. 

This administration violates the Constitution quite regularly, so why should I trust this government on anything.]]></description>
