Ramadan might be a good time to elevate the awareness the Fatwa of Nonviolence signed just last week, organized by Anglican Cannon Andrew White and proclaimed by the top Sunni and Shia clerics of the region.

If we are not going to press for the kill during this holy month, maybe we should press for the truth to emerge and assist it in every way possible.

Wouldn’t it be stunning to find that instead of filing the internet with endless spiritual lies, videos of hate and misuse of power, that for a brief few hours, the clerics who signed the Fatwa of Nonviolence where given the microphone to highlight their actions?

One or the other seems needed.
