It's left hand is the international drug market, and its right hand is energy resources. If drugs were legalized the world over, many of us believe we could keep ourselves, our children, and grand children off the addictive processes. We would only cut one hand off the ferocious dragon however, the right hand however is dominated by established markets where we do exchange our dollars for oil in an otherwise (still) peaceful and civilized form of exchange.
