Aborted is a poor choice of words, written too late at night. Some of the militia got away and lives to fight another day. There is much violence in Sadr City now, and still weeks (if not months) to go to completely root out the militias. Scattering them is not the same things as finding, disarming and arresting them (as we learned with whack-a-mole fighting with AQ). "Incomplete" would be a better description. I hope that this goes to completion.

A short recon of what’s out there that might draw your attention, updated throughout the day...so check back often....
